Lets look at it this way; Joran will have to stay quiet for the rest of his life (and not just Joran).....ONE only ONE slipup and he's toast. He already slipped up once in 2,5 years...lets see what happens. The longer it takes and the longer he keeps quiet the harder his punishment will be when he does get caught, cause judges will keep that in mind when they punish someone. In the netherlands they have a saying; even if the lie is a fast one, the truth will always caught up with it!!

Seeing how far he can go. It wasn't that Aruba didn't do it's job. Joran just bluffed his way out. Peru has better cards. So Joran is using the last card he has...the location of natalee's body. He doesn't want to go to a jail in Peru. Now it will all depend on what cards the police in Peru have on him.
