Have to agree with comments earlier aswell that I was actually more scared at the bit inside, the drop in the dark feels alot bigger then it actually is! I think my stomach went more on that then the big drop! It's nowhere near as scary as it appears, Stealth is still more intense imo but this is a better overall ride.

Their not saying if u just go on this ride your going to get brain damage, but if u go on it excessively, too many times then the acumilative effect could damage your health, which is believable when u consider the high g-forces on rides like this! Went on this for the 1st time on Saturday and have to say it is absolutely brilliant, definately 1 of the top 3 rollercoasters in the UK.

The best drop on any coaster has to be on a 4D coaster... Either X2 or the bigger copy in Japan. The first drop, coming backwards over the 90 degree fall and flipping halfway down, nothing is comparable. And I've had my share of rides (Kingda Ka, TTD, Superman ROS SFNE, Shrieka, Oblivion, etc.).

In the exact same park, they have a roller coaster called stealth which ranks among the tallst and fastest in the world, and is much more scary than Saw.

However, this is the steepest in the world, and they didnt show the scariest bit which is in pitch black, and it may not look scary, but it is a whole lot of fun! Totally recommend it!

My friend from school is getting me into Thorpe Park for free with tesco clubcard vouchers before the end of 2009, Ive never been to Thorpe Park but if you've been shot from 0 to 80mph in 2. something seconds, Im sure you'l be just fine on Saw.
