Was the first place in Folsom? I didn't recognize it. And about the Palladio. It is actually doing quite well. Construction really picked up and it looks much better now. They didnt run out of money. And the small tower you see in the background areound 3:28 is actually a very succesful movie theatre. That area around the theatre is being developed quickly, too. The whole thing just isnt open yet
I want the economy to get better! It's not the beginning! It's the end of a recession! Then the economy will be very good. Don't worry, it's not the end of the world! Tarantula your joking right?
@djgrooveline Get back your production lines from China. Don't send all your handicraft work to China. But ok, the Europeans make the same stupid things. How can unemployed people keep your economy allive? If you want everything cheaper and cheaper, there you can see the result of it. Good quality cost it's money. That's normal. I am happy, even you americans finally wake up that a number of things go wrong... Your wars eat your economy..
It's happening everywhere now. Consumer Confidence Index is down again. If Consumers aren't confident about spending this christmas, there will be many more empty malls. Thanks for your vids, very interesting !
I lived in Folsom many years ago. Back when it was rolling hills and quiet streets. Was there recently and all that has been destroyed by these god-awful shopping centers. I am happy to see them fail. I hope these greedy bastard developers are put of out of business entirely. The rest of us will make do one way or another as we always have.
This is what happens when you let invading armies of hungry turd worlders in to work in your country and send all the money home. Congrats America, you wouldn't resist mass immigration before, now it is too late.
Hey Groove, Another good report on the economic collapse. Someone needs to figure out what can be done about these empty retail properties. Lower the rent so that someone can start a small business. Thanks for the report.
@cbr6864 fairfield is dead. you can't purchase a Ford in Solano Co. they're all shut down. texas is a good place to be.. especially if you're next ot that colorado river.

@pdlumina our ex-NBA mayor had them kicked out and disbanded. from what i hear though, there are enclaves along parts of the river especially on the stanislaus and merced river. what county are you in pd?

Maybe the shop owners were fairly well off and pulled out for 2012 issues, they went to the hills to wait it out?
