  • how hard is it to get to press n?? delete backs as hard as it didnt press end the backspace HAHAHAHAHAHA i cant stop laughing!

  • LOL I never lold so hard. GG dude. I'm frustrated with using a browser+VRS on windows 7 w/ firefox. This video is awesome

  • I know this is 4 years too late, but next time try saying "press N as in Nancy"

  • press the letter below H

  • hahahahahaahahahha LOL speech recognition fucks with you

  • Wow Scrub this about the funniest video i have see this year lmfao

and its so true try the voice recognition and you will end up throwing your computer across the room !

    Thumbs Up!!

  • so funny

  • after 45 minutes of trying to get speech recognition to go to facebook. I hate speech recognition

  • OH MY GOD, dude has so much patience...I was laughing so hard I was tearing up. LOL. Also "mouse grid" FTW!

  • Oh My Gosh. My stomach has melted from laughing. LOLLL. Close menu :D ROFL

  • seeeeeee internet explorer sucks ass and this program truly show's how smart microsoft are they cant even make a program that works that has the Greatest potential

  • You can say "press N as in Nancy" and it works everytime... The solution is never to keep doing the same thing over and over again. Also, get a quality mic. Read through the tutorial, that's why it's there. Don't say you did either, cause then you would know about the Nancy thing. It works for any letter too: example "press E as in Edward". For bundled program, VSR is awesome. After a few hours of training it, it will work flawlessly.

  • Firefox, fuck yeahhh. Comin' again to make the fuckin' internet work YEAH.

  • Fucking trying to press N for half the video

  • Funny as hell :) ! But the test was not all that good, since the same 'n' problem would be on Firefox ;). The way around this would be to use 'On screen keyboard' and then 'mousegrid', or 'show numbers'.

  • ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • your match started hopeful, i'm definitely a firefox fan!

but the fact you screwed op with ie was because you dont knew the right commands, actually it sad but true that i cant even normally type an address in my current FF version, not with the commands i know, nor the ones you used here...

  • By the way, what is On Screen Keyboard going to do? XD

  • where can I find this I saw it on my laptop but not on my desktop

  • When I do speech recognition I FF, it says it can't do the command when I try to go to the address bar. Does anyone know why?

  • @GuitarHeroPie Try "show numbers", past that, we're all screwed.

Oh, the dude in the video could say, "Press N and in nancy"

  • I did, but it just opens up a box saying the URL doesn't have any available info. It doesn't actually let me type into the box.

  • Yeah, Voice Recognition has a long way to go before it's useful.

Dragon naturally speaking is ok, but isn't as streamlined as the windows one. Though, it is a tad bit more friendly in browsers and does a much better job of learning your voice.

  • if he had Dragon Naturally Speaking he could have said "Yankee, tango, mike,November, delta"

  • This guy is hilarious.

  • Press "n" press "n".....

  • @kcj1993 LOL I love how he tries to make it longer, then makes it super short.

    3:50 LOL!!

  • lololololololololololololololololololololo

  • "Open Internet Explorer, the greatest browser in the world"

    >> What was that?

    "Ok, Open Internet Explorer"

And well, the rest are just riding the failtrain.

Funny thing that 3:d party software works better with mircosofts programs than microsofts programs do XD

  • say mouse grid and it comes up with like a huge thing and you choose a number and a nother and say click and it will click things for you lol

  • It would have been brilliant if "Press the letter below 'H'" actually worked! :-)

  • I've just used this shit, and it sucs monkey balls. What was microsoft thinking?

  • This is was hilarious. Windows 7 does a slightly better job. You also have the option to display a "mouse grid" which lets you click anywhere on the screen.

  • That's in vista too ;)

  • Lol. He literally got stuck in IE's address bar. Hilarious.

I figured he had to be sarcastic with the "IE is the greatest browser ever" line. Nobody ever says that line in actual sincerity. xD

Microsoft has good speech recognition, but they can't make a good internet browser to save their lives.

  • I stick to XP and Firefox.

Vista and IE are too excellent for me.

  • I started laughing my ASS OFF when he opened IE and started trying it.

  • internet explorere is like comparing apple to microsoft software wise microsoft wins all the time

  • i like internet explorer 8 because it looks fresh with the aero

  • u like IE coz ur a dumbass

if u like aero download chrome

  • @14isacolor You're a retard if you still think that way

  • You're a retard altogether.

  • The consensus, if you notice the popularity of your comment, is obviously that YOU'RE the retard, try not to take it too hard though

  • I didn't say I wasn't a retard :D

  • This comment was made with windows speech recognition.i capital i capitalize i backspace backspace delete all delete mall correct mall select all damn i hate this thing delete damn i hate this thing select all delete press

  • backspace toys, lol

  • haha at the beginning it was like if he was having an argument with his computer lol

  • XFDXFDXFDXFD

  • I love the way everyone who uses the voice command speaks to their PC like it was a piece cack.

Talk about nurturing your inner Control Freak!

    Want One!

  • Try "Press N for November". The tutorial taught me that one first up... My issue is with "show numbers". It has terrible trouble with that one!

  • Sorry, "Press N as in November" I think... Just geting started with all this myself!

  • the N thing happend alot to me thats so annoying

  • I thought i'd do a little experiment with this video... I turned on speech recognition in my windows7 beta and held a speaker up to my webcam mic during the "press n... press N!!" part...

I had the cursor in the youtube search to give it a place to write and i came out with "N N N N N"

  • i got about half way through the video laughing my ass off! lol!

i guess we have a looooong way to go before we can expect computer interaction on the star trek scale of things lol!

  • actually, this software works VERY well, like, EXTREMELY well. you just have to USE it. he isn't using ANY of the proper commands. he should have been saying "press N as in nature" or something like that and it would have pressed it no problem. and if he wasn't trying to emphasize "Oh" in that webpage then it would work. he needs to say everything together at once. he needs to use the PROPER commands for everything to work.. basicly, he just didn't ever go through the tutorial

  • Press N... press N... PRESS N!!

  • i have problem it say ::'

    configure your speech recognitor

    experients

if you would lke to learn more about spee relatet tools and support from microsoft

  • lol

  • " backs as hard as it didn't press M the back space" lol

  • At least Firefox works, however if your tongue get's tired from saying "delete Backspace toys", you could use your keyboard or say 'Address' for the bar.

  • "Open Internet Exploder, the greatest browser in the world!"

    "What was that?"

    ROFL!!

  • @ale12396 Yeah, that was THE BEST :DD !!

  • Mouse still wins.

  • "Oh, sexy girlfriend... BANZAI!" XD

  • roflmao!! This dude is the most patient ever!!

If that was me......the pc would be attacked by a heavy metal object!

    Well done MS!

  • Lmao, it still cracks me up:

    "Backspace twice..."

    *Frustrated* "Delete 'backspace toys'."

  • backstreet boys are no match for backspace toys

  • LOL, that's why Internet Exploder sucks!

  • this is the worst invention of human kind. voice shit thing on the computer!!

  • Jez ... frustrating :| & lol they don't want you to close internet explorer!! :D

just imagine the impaired who would be stuck on their homepage not getting anywhere.. lol probably thy'll get other mental disorders ..

    nice one!

  • Hi

This is a comment that the posted on a web site. Speech recognition works well.

I am writing this in notepad, then I copy on to a web site.

    Thank you,

    Dude.

  • lmao epic phail, funny :p favourited

  • How to fix this:

    1. Train speech recognition to your voice/accent

    2. If struggling to press a key say for example "press n as in noodle"

    3. "Show numbers"

    4. "Mouse Grid"

Stop speaking like a crackhead on red-bull to your computer.

  • this as well as all his other videos are obviously a joke

  • i feel sorry for the people who have accents.

  • Most of the problems here were created by the user rather than the software itself

  • yeah but it still sucks

  • serious sam 2. fuck yea! nothing beats the originals though

  • FAIL

  • lmfao

  • fail

  • Oh my gosh that's hilarious. XDD I'm actually crying with laughter...

  • PRESS N. PRESS N. PRESS N.

    hahaha i love this

  • Lol. GJ 4 microsoft =D

  • lmfao

  • lmfao

  • well if doing the samething as u and i feel like a dumd ass ...when i say address bar this is what i get ...Address ball address book address book address book address book

  • ohh THIS IS FUNY

  • you could have also said press n as in new or something

  • i like how he said open internet explorer the greatest browser in the word and the speech recognition program was like what was that?! :))

Actually it would have actually worked if you said go to address instead of go to address bar

  • Haha hilarious video but remember you don't always have to say a whole phrase to go to a link, you can say just a few of the words or even just one word

  • MS got sued yet again over stealing tech for IE, lost $150million for their crimes... oh yeah MSlaves, Bill Gate's is God of money so it doesn't matter.

  • hahaha i laugh my ass off

  • Press n.....backspace,,press n......backspace.....loool funny

  • hey. im not really the best with computers but i kinda have a problem (that's what im calling it).so idk what i did, but in internet explorer the adress bar (or whatever the thing you use to search/explore) and tool bars arehidden

so basically the adress/tool bars on top of my interent explorer are hidden and same thing with the bar on the bottom that has start and the time. i can only see them when i move my cursor near thearea. idk know what i did can you help me change it to normal please?

  • This is non sense

    I got problem with n become m

    and d become b

  • "delete backs as hard as it didn't press n the backspace" lol

  • This is quite funny I'm actually using speech recognition to do this reply It's not as bad as the video says although it is quite funny.

  • ie sucks

  • hahahahahahahaha hilarious man... im trying to set my vista speech up atm... its soo annoying!

  • This guy could have saved himself 5 minutes if he'd just said "N as in Nancy". Sheesh.

  • You should not have to do that.

  • Even humans need help for some letters (s/f, n/m, b/d, etc). People often use this when giving confirmation numbers over the phone (ex. "B as in boy" or "D as in dog"). It's not a big deal and is explained in the tutorial that this guy probably skipped.

  • I mean I understand this. But its an AI if programmed right, that should not be necessary. But then again it is a free program...

  • Totally funny dude!!

I get frustrated with my speech tool too !!!

    Arrghh...

  • The fact of the matter is the comments system is god's Allied dogs Allies retarded he was the retarded brown colors of the retarded on my city smaller all parents would be longer and carry more in our hands grades were not have flash and nations on the block from his it would be a rather than down all monitors for computers would be invisible hand fines would have text messaging on them ingenious.

  • hahaha useless lol do u not have arms?

  • poor guy

  • ...."DELETE BACKSPACE TOYS" I think it likes backstreet boys?

  • cant believe they released that

  • To be fair he had the site address in his recent history in firefox but not in IE.. But yea this is ridiculous.

  • Just use your mouse mate.

  • ur such a tard

  • Press n... Backspace... Press n... Backspace... Press n... Press n... Backspace twice... Delete backspace twice... Delete backspace toys... Delete backspace toys... Backspace... Backspace... Press n... Backspace... Press n... Backspace... ROFLMAO!!!

  • nah, firefox rulez

  • FKN ROFL

  • FKN ROFL

  • you can't command internet explorer internet explorer takes order from no person!

  • ROFL

  • Maybe Chuck Norris invented Internet Explorer... :P

  • ROFL too true

  • looks like firefox met it's match to internet explorer LOL! couldn't even move off the home page of MSN LOL

  • I think one of your biggest problems is that you talk to yourself in the middle of giving the speech recognition software commands. Remember that the program picks up every word you say. Also, remember that you can always say "what can I say" if you don't know how to say a specific command. Did you use the voice training? It's very important to train the computer to your voice for proper recognition. And finally, don't speak too quickly, and enunciate your words as best as you can. Funny video:)

  • lol'd at 52 seconds

  • I'm talking using speech recognition right now nothing's wrong with it

  • Your a to big of dumb ass to use Speech Recognition

  • sounds like u didnt calibrate somethin rite lol

  • what is the easiest command for the address bar in internet explorere. Im having issues with this.

  • its a cool feature but who wants to talk to your computer its stupid its alot easier and quicker to type and i usally only talk to things that talk back haha

  • Is it just me or do you have a bad resolution?

    xD

  • Aaahahahahahaa speech ahahahahahahaha LOL!

  • Remember dumbass! You can't close a "UAC" window via voice. And before you use the speech recognition you should make the training you moron -.-

  • If you would have visited YTMND before in Internet Explorer, you wouldn't have the problem with the letter N. Firefox didn't have the problem because you've already been there.

  • THIS IS A STORY ALL ABOUT HOW

  • this is funny.

  • I have vista and i try to do that but it dont work,i have i microphone but when i go in it shows only one line that says if you will learn more about speech recogntion....,any help???

  • O SEXY GIRLFRIEND BONZAI!!!! LOLOLOLOLOLOL

    PRESS'n' BACKSPACE PRESS'n' BACKSPACE LOLOL

FUNNIEST VID I HAVE EVER SEEN ABOUT BROWSERS

KEEP UP GOOD WORK AND I LOVE FIREFOX

  • lol press the letter below 'H' xD

  • I couldn't stop laughing through the whole vid.

  • Well, funny video.

But leaving with the rather unsophifisticated solution "thats the internet explorer compared to firefox" simply show that the videomakers dont actually know much of "the computer".

  • WTF IS THIS SHIT

  • wow! five minutes to press N!

  • because he was too dumb to pronounce it...

  • Then show me how you'd pronounce N more clearly than he did.

  • N as in new. They tell you in the tutorial they make you sit through to use it.

  • dude this guy is amazingly patient, this is painful to watch

  • just a stupid user

    why IE vs. Firefox?

voice recognition works everywhere equally! for windows all this applications 'looks' equally!!

this video didn't shows that FF is better then IE. it shows preconception and incompetence!!

  • I Don't know what you just saw, but its clearly showing That the App. works fine on Firefox but fails to work on IE. Firefox Wins.

  • it's imposible because Speech Recognition System works vith application on abstract layer there ther are no differents between them! each of this app uses standart GUI elements and SPS uses it too. Learn more about OS functionality and you'll uderstand it too!

  • Thats nonsense. Speech recognizition works seperately of OS applications.. why should it be different?

  • thats pretty sucky lol

  • hahahahahahahaah THE N BIT IS FUCKING FUNNY

  • Ebaums is better!

  • i had to turn off my speech recognition because when you kept saying "go to address bar" my address book opened LOL!!

  • FireFox Humilha

  • Your langueage is SUXXX!!

  • Speech Recognition is bettre in office, and for other things use the mouse

  • This is some funny sh*t, sadly, it's fake... if you notice the following things...

    >doesn't say "press n" in ff, says "press down arrow"

    >cursor is directly above desired "link", probably just clicked

    >doesn't scroll in ff untill he says only "end" in ff, only says "press end" in ie.

  • are you stupid?

    It's not fake...

I've been using it with firefox many times

wow.. u need to learn some things

  • OMG I JUST PISSED MYSELF LAUGHING!! that was one of the most hilarious things I've seen in a while. its pretty funny how firefox works great while IE a MICROSOFT product doesn't.

  • Use the fucking mouse.

  • haven't seen anyone with such a short fuse in a long time...btw. you can't do any pseudo-proper-testing while so biased..turd..

i typed everything here with mind control, electric signals routed through nerve tissue to my hands, muhahaaaa who needs voice control^^

  • "press ur penis" lol

  • Hilarious =D! I laughed a pretty bad at some parts.

  • GO TO ADDRESS BAR! lmao. [anna]

  • Speech Recognition on vista is awful.

  • Yeah I Think IE 7.0 Is Better Than Firefox. Waaaaaaaaaay Better!

  • I prefer Internet e
