i have the flip ultra and this dosnt work after my mum used it lol, there isnt a reset button on mine, just a black bit of plastic in the tripod mount :S

okaay . for some reason my flip videos wont export to windows movie maker & i think it has to do with my flip .... because of that . i only have 2 videos on my channel and for a whole year i had to deal with not editing videos...or uploading them to my channel :( ... can you help ?

I recommend returning it and picking up the kodak zi8. I was so thoroughly disappointed with the flip, especially after reading all of the comments...(I very rarely return anything I buy...)

Amazon has Flip Video Replacement Lens for $15. Comes with a lens protective cover also. This is the best place I found them on the net.

just so everyone knows, my camera broke again when i was on vacation and all, and i did everything in my original video, which all still worked! its up and running again, so for any poor flip owners out there, this works! good luck!

thanks alot.. that worked when you said "high powered usb".. i've been using my laptop with a lower than supposed to ac adapter/batter.. i plugged my flip into it yesterday, turned it on and froze.. i done what you said, and plugged it on to my PC at home overnight, woke up this morning.. pulled it out of the usb and the flip logo with the full battery sign was on the screen and wooooo it works. thanks!

Uhh... So I went to plug in my Flip, and I plugged it in the USB drive thing, and then nothing happened, then i realized that I just had to bend it around a bit, and then it would go, make that noise that it makes once it goes into the usb thing. But now, It wasnt working, I pulled it out, and the thing that you stick in the USB port came out.. Was stil in the usb port, and... I tried to re attatch it.. didnt work. So I guess im going to have to get a new one. eh

i dont have the mino, but i got the cheaper one, and it says that i have 00:53 seconds in stead of 60:00 minutes.  all the videos are deleted yet its not giving me all minutes. what the hell??

if your camera doesnt have a reset button, it might not be a flip video mino like mine, but you can look online on the flip video website to find the tech support number
