  • They're so bouncy!

  • Ah, Brandt we knew you not...

  • aw cmon i don't want to be a dick but.. get his name right you dumbass..

  • That bass player is jamming! xD

  • it looks like they're in an old folks home. lol.

  • If only Heatmiser had toured with Tool. That would have been something...

  • @janderkin Please don't mention Heatmiser and Tool ever again.

  • One of my all time favorite songs/albums. It looks like they're playing at a poorly attended Easter brunch or something.

  • This brings back memories. I went to school with the original incarnation. They were the best on campus band, although other local bands were arguably better; Dinosaur Jr., Sebadoh and Buffalo Tom.

  • Hey, Neil!

  • this song is so alive

  • Haha, they were your wedding band? That's awesome! 1992 I was two years old. Woohooo. LOL.

  • i saw this band 10x in portland. at the burnside skatepark. then i shaved sideburns. i looked good.

  • that fuckin amazing man, hahahahahaha

  • I think i'll try on some of those dance moves at the next show I play :)

  • my favorite band from back in the day

  • Is this in PDX? If so, where was it?

  • wow. this live recording has an early Fugazi-ish vibe to it. and Smith's voice is very unlike the familiar Smith angel voice. I like both, personally. hooray for youtube!

  • dead air is the greatest grunge album

  • I wouldn't say "grunge" exactly fits.

More Post-Hardcore punk. The guy that mentioned Fugazi hit the nail on the head.

  • @MaekTrollPoast I would list them as both, personally.

  • big fan of Elliott's music as well and i love this. Regarding the bass plaver...I think he's awesome! he's cool enough to be playing in a band with Elliott.

  • yeah that bassist is a badass, his dance moves are intense.

  • Even as someone familiar with Heatmiser, it's hard for me to believe that this Elliott singing. It's just such a different style from his own songs. Mind you, I love it.

  • Yeah I had the same problem: I thought maybe Joe Strummer from The Clash had gatecrashed.

All the the same, can you imagine these guys playing at your wedding, awesome.

  • I liked the bass players dance moves haha :]

  • Man, you really can find anything on YouTube

  • This should be tagged with Brandt Peterson, not Sam Coomes. You know, sort of like how it is in the video.

  • Thanks

  • very cool
