@HulkHows92 GT 220 isn't meant to be for graphics intense gaming. You have a quad core that is why you can run gta iv without enb just fine but if you enable enb series, your gfx card has to be something like gtx 550

@entidade1000 Most likely not. HD5450 is rather slow card and E5500 isn't exactly the fastest processor either. GTA4 is badly optimized too.

@GhosT7JW perhaps the reason is enabled Anti-aliasing (which was added in 1060 patch), it eats a lot of resources of your system.
