  • What a great flashback to 1980s Houston. So cool.

Whatever happened to the Urban Animals video that used "Junk Culture"?

  • Nice to see the old gang. Albert Thomas Hockey was good times!

  • It was the best, Al.

I miss hanging out with you, though; I'll have to come to Hawaii.

  • Is that John Glenn with his hockey stick?

  • Speed Street will have a screening at the CAMH on Aug. 27th at 6:30 with a intro by Patrick Waugh and guest Scott Prescott

  • I can't tell you how happy I was to see this film up!!! I've got to know, is this Waugh?? This is Biff. I live in Austin now. I'm wondering if there is any way I can get in touch with you. Send me a private message, please.

I love this film. It brings back great memories. Cheers! Hope all is well with you whomever this is.

Also, a shout out to all the Urban Animals.....

    SKATE OR DIE

  • Hey Biff - Its Brassfield's kid...you probably don't remember me. I still live in Houston...gave skating up though...McKay still has his skate shop

  • Brassfield sounds so familiar. What is Brassfields' first name or nickname? And why on Earth would you ever give up skating!!??!! For shame....

I am currently in continual contact with McKay via his skate shop forum online.

  • Bob Brassfield. He dated Pat Ferrier 4ever. I have no cartlidge left in my knees...its called being determined to out skate all you old farts :o) I have thought about trying out for Roller Derby...despite the knee issues..just don't have the time to go by McKay's

  • Hey old buddy, great to see that your still the most amazin' spiderman on skates. Perhaps you remember me (Al) and Beth and the kids. Well, we split up many moons ago. Speed street was tough on some of us.

Beth lives in India with some rich guy. Kids all grown up now. I'm living the good life in Hawaii, now happily remarried, and happily slowed down. All the best to you, Mr Riley!

    Aloha!

  • Parking garage scene at end of Part II is a must see.
