At frame .43 Dan should have opened up on GoPaul - instead of testing him further he allowed him to recover - it could have changed the momentum of the fight.

THC may drop blood pressure but also accelerates the heart beat - using up that finite heart muscle where it should be preserved for battle. It's self-defeating, not allowing the body to perform at it's potential and give the advantage to the other guy. Look at frame .43, Dan had his chance but didn't take advantage. The sweat-shirt he wore didn't help, adding extra weight and restricting movement. Cold temperature is no excuse. GoPaul won clean and square! Dan could have used more side to side and head movement. Using rope-a-dope against the fence - bad idea! There aren't many fighters like Ali who can remain stone cold, lean back and move their head only a few inches making opponents miss but also absorb lot of punishment with residuals.
