Copy and Paste from other comment: My amp was an old Spanish amp, that my brother found in the garbage, and gives to me some electric shocks ;-D . I liked his vintage look, and then quit all circuits and speakers. I bought a new stereo transistor circuit amp, and two speakers, all for less than 180 €.!!. I use a Digitech RP7 processor as a preamp (if you connect directly a guitar in my amp, will not sound !!). And my guitar is a Fender MK signature.

No tengo ni idea de música, pero los dire straits son uno de mis grupos favoritos, sultans of swing una de mis canciones favoritas y el último solo de la canción es mi favorito sin duda. hermano te digo q aunque no soy profesional tengo un oido muy critico pero la verdad tu banda es lo mas cercano q he escuchado a dire straits me atrevo a decir q sera lo mejor a alguien llegue a hacer lo unico q no te queda exacto es el estilo de voz (y es comprensible por q cantar como mark es demasiado dificil) por cierto tu version de whats the matter es demaciado buena en general sos grosos no he escuchado nada igual gracias por mantener viva a una banda tan iconica como dire straits.

Oh..., yes. I think that could be a mix in my mind ;-D , with Alchemy version and Mandela Version... but both are very similar in lead guitar, in spite of were played with distinct guitars and sound (Fender - Pensa).

In this band, we have been playing DS for 5 years. Normally, I play some parts exactly like Alchemy version, but in other parts, I like to improvise a little, because is more funny for me, anyway, I think that is important to keep equals some important parts, that people want to hear!! ;-)

Hello "rezlaa"!

My amp was an old Spanish amp, that my brother found in the garbage :-D. Was very dangerous!,because had an electric problem, and gives to me some electric shocks ;-D . I liked his vintage look, and then quit all circuits and speakers. I bought a new stereo transistor circuit amp, and two speakers, all for less than 180 €.!!(Cheap). I use a Digitech RP7 processor as a preamp (if you connect directly a guitar in my amp, will not sound !!).

Well, I have not tried to sing the DS's songs in Spanish... I think that it would sound rather... like flamenco in english... ;-)
