  • Watch several of your videos and I like them all. I love the way you share. I am starting the carb watching after Father's day dinner...lol. I started becoming conscious this week and I am looking forward to my success. I will keep you posted on my success.

  • i have a bad addiction to bacon... im to ashamed to say how much of it i eat ..but it has put the pounds on me so bad in like 2 weeks... its really hard when your addicted to something ... i didnt even realize it

  • You ain't neva lied about "getting bored" with stuff. I've been working out for the past month & I've only lost like 2lbs .. lol .. actually I'm not EXACTLY sure how much I've lost because I refuse to get on a scale until after 8 weeks lol. Thanks for the info. How do you "diet" when you're temporarily out of cash? LOL - since I can't buy my own food, I'm forced to eat what my family eats .. which are regular cooked meals. Do I just eat smaller portions? Because I don't wanna NOT eat, yanno?

  • Heeeey Shyloh8 Suga!!! Well if it were me cause I'm serious this time girl, I would see what was for dinner and Google the carbs in that meal. With packaged stuff you can clearly see on the wrapper but with some cooked foods it can be a little harder. Praying for ya!! :-D
