Predator and Predator 2 Blu-Ray's Unboxing

how is the blu-ray picture on predator 1 & 2 compared to the dvd`s? i mean, i know blu-ray is better, but is the picture good?

Should i get the barebones Predator blu-ray or the new Ultimate Hunter Edition? I might just go with the Ultimate Hunter Edition because the blu-ray Predator Collection is coming out in a few days. It includes Predator: Ultimate Hunter Edition and Predator 2 for $35. So i might get that. Oh and the Alien Quadrilogy is being released on Octobter 26th in the US.

the only good thing about the second one is that you can see more of the predator ,like more of his guns and the interior of his ship and stuff, but the performance of the actors suck and the special efects not so good

they isnt a lot of special features on Predator just some trailers and commentary

on Predator 2 there is lots like, commentary from varies people, descriptions of the predator weapons, galleries and trailers

Thanks for confirming this, i heard a lot of people were pissed about them not having the extras off the special editions. I don't have the special editions currently just the two single discs with no extras but i think i will upgrade to blu ray nevertheless.

yeah well i had the first predator on a 2 disc dvd with over 2 hours of special features, but only a 1 disc for the predator 2. i have all of the alien 2 disc as well. make sure u check out my alien and predator collection sometime m8

Yeah i got the Alien Quadrilogy its amazing, no idea whether they will release the whole set on blu ray in the future.

I love both Predator films and I can only imagine what they both look like in hd.

I was prepared to give away my old dvd editions, when I found out that the blu rays contain NO special features whatsoever.

That annoyed me because now I am going to have to wait for possibly years before they are re-released with the special features included on the dvds. Not a huge deal I know but I enjoy special features, it's a weakness. Consider your self lucky.
