Tim Burrill is such a great competitor, teacher, and person. If you live near Providence, and want to learn BJJ, go train with him. I can't say enough good things about him. Take your kids to learn from him. Adults should learn from him. He can make you better at everything, gi and no-gi, and character.

@stingytrevor Telles has awesome everything honestly. Thats why he's won multiple brazilian national titles and the pan american title in 2007. Truthfully, the only two things missing from his resume are a world title(he may already have one at a lower belt) and an ADCC title but he does NEED either of them he's proven his credibility many times over.

@Timok67 lack of blood flow to the brain. All BJJ chokes(with the exception of the Ezekiel Choke) are blood chokes meaning they cut off blood flow to the brain w/o affecting the throat. They are designed to kill not injure.

yea, thanks I actually joined Tim Burrils BJJ place in providence and I have been training there for 2 weeks. Its really fun, and useful, especially in a real fight.

@stalkNkill well I left Tim Burill BJJ because it was a 50 minute drive to the place in providence. Dont get me wrong I love BJJ, and enjoyed training there very much, but the place was just too far away and I go to school and I would be getting back at like 11:00 every night. I'm 15 by the way, and I wish there was some place that was closer. Why do you go there?
