Well I just found out about this,but I think this is weird, well I think any music as sloppy and unstructured to put "core" in their name is just nonsense, but to have a whole genre dedicated to being a homo. I mean you guys complain about being generalized by listening to w/ebut now you have gaycore and now you'll just be generalized except in a different aspect. why cant you just listen to music you love.You don't like being stereotyped,but all you're doing is trying to change the stereotype.

Those little emo kids wouldn't know hardcore if it bent them over and fucked them. Hardcore started in the late 70's, but what passes for hardcore now a days is bullshit. But you'll probably find hardcore to be, as a whole anyway, very accepting and respectful.

Honestly, I adore punk and different hardcore genres of music, I never really thought about something like this. I love it. I'm not going to lie, I still adore Lady Gaga, Cher, and Madonna, but lord, Limp Wrist is up there too gosh darnit!

Hey, I am a Canadian girl. I used to be in a band. I have had my head shaved twice. I had a purple mowhawk once. I am queer. Our band broke up but the one girl who was in it is still in a band, a punk band they rock. I went to one of her shows with my girlfriend(partner). The guy in shower with clothes on lol! (The grabbing ass doesn't bother me but I have hit people for grabing my breasts).

OK i'm looking at this with an open mind. I'm really glad that the queercore scene is expanding and I will happily support great bands like LImp Wrist, i think it's great that they're expressing everything that they feel through their music, being themselves and breaking down boundries....but at the same time, I find it hard to relate to the songs that are "in your face" arse grabbing and stuff, although I like songs that are more nuteral but still "gay" like tainted love
