I agree with an earlier poster that this is the best rendition of this piece I've heard as well. However, that is true of so many performances by Nora Buschmann from my perspective. As far as tempo goes, she plays it no faster than Jorge Morel himself. Just much better.

I must say the theme is played way too fast. It's a brazilian dance (needs a bossa flavor) play it with passion thinking of far away fishermen villages and you would get in the mood.

That's the best interpretation of danza brasilera in the youtube, very groovy rhythm, great stable classical pick with a staccato`s and legato`s where it should be. I think many guitarists playing this stuff should learn how to play it really well, maintaining such rhythm is very hard. Too much shitty videos with this one by different guitarists, the interpretations are very weak.
