@brownskyn10,What are you talking about? Relaxing the hair is a personal preference, it does not mean that a person does not love themself!! I relax my hair and my hair does not break, is not thin and does not burn, that comes from improper haircare, I just don't understand why when some sistas go natural they think that everyone who is not natural hates themself.. SMH

i have curly hair and got it relaxed. the stylist was much gentlier than this. it won´t harm your hair if you apply conditioner each time you wash it.

Your hair would become str8 , having treatments every 2 weeks would stimulate long and thick hair growth but you have to get a touch up every 6-8 weeks. Anymore questions you could ask :)

hello. yes it will get your hair straight and it´s just so wonderful for the first 4 months.then the upper part curls up again.for a week dnt use shampoo, just lots of conditioner.and after relaxing dnt wash ur hair for 24hrs.

That comb looks kind of harsh on her scalp..she's pulling her hair way too much to be applying a relaxer

why don't use a brush to apply the product instead of the comb? I think it is more gentle on the scalp. Also you should not let the relaxer touches the ends or the relaxed hair.

Yes that's true. You should only smooth it because if you comb through it with the relaxer it weakens the hair shaft, and sets you hair up to be even more damaged after relaxing

shes not really combing it....shes just using the teath to apply the relaxer on the hair thoroughly.......

by da way did she say shes gonna do that process on her twice:S,...after u wash it..dusnt ur scalp get wet and soft....makin it weak to the relaxers?

she just means she's going to smooth the comb over the hair a few more times before the final rinse...not start over and re-apply the relaxer from the beginning.
