china has all kind of evil things, so many death camp, secret police, etc etc,,,,,,,china is most hell place in the world, ccp killed historical amount of people
I was thinking that, the metro in Beijing does though. But still, many tourists I am sure find Shanghai just as interesting as Beijing. I know I won't mind a visit sometime. :-D
One station journey inside the Shanghai Metro Line 8. From Yaohua Rd. to South Xizang Rd. skipping Zhoujiadu Station which is located inside the under-construction Shanghai EXPO 2010 site.
Notably this 3min's journey crossed the Huangpu River.

I have to correct you there.
In Europe we don't have vandalism so much on the underground stations. If vandalism occurs, that is being removed as soon as possible.
However, in Europe there is a tradition of having grafitti on subway stations. As a form of art.

In fact, some places like here in Norway we encourage grafitti artists to show off their art on various urban locations.
I once saw a whole school class learning how to do grafitti on a wall of a public swimming pool as a part of their art class where I live.
