well *in regards with a walk to remember* there is a Jdrama with similar story line. A girl with a disease. it's a series and it is guranteed to make you cry sooooo much. It's called "1 litre of tears" Japanese "Ichi Ritoru No Namida" and it really lives up to it's name. Watch it!!!
