copyright lols are only valid when there's hardly a difference or no difference at all, they took the basic format of the trailer cuts, and if they were inspired by it, they don't have to put that in the description or keywords, most games that use pop culture references leave them up for people to pick those out, they're called easter eggs not blatant dick smacks

Like you said, easter eggs are made for people to notice them.Not very many people even know about 9, and if they do,they're probably not going to remember what the setup of the trailer. The only reason so many people found out was because someone posted it on the 9 fan site.

I may not know how game design works, but I do know that a lot of people have commented on how the game itself looks like a ripoff of other things.

In fact, the entire thing seems like a combination of lots of other movies and games,so,you know, what's one more? It just doesn't really feel like this was the case.The comparisons look 2 blatant to be easter eggs,and 2 subtle to be an interpretation

Those IDIOTS! This is almost EXACTLY like a trailer for the animated movie "9" They even used the same roaring sound at around 0:58! They simply changed up the music a minor amount (Originally Welcome Home by Coheed and Cambria), used the SAME blueish green smoke behind the words, put the words at the exact timing, and even had the same explosion sound. After the explosion, it speaks with the same tone..
