Mel Kiper is a terrible draft analyst. Every year I try to enjoy watching the NFL Draft, but I can't because I have to listen to Kiper's shitty analysis after each pick. Kiper is aggravating to watch because: he's too hyper and can't sit still on TV, he always thinks hes right, and he has an annoying voice. Considering the amount of draft resources Kiper has access to, he's wrong a lot more than he should be. Basically, he's a fucking idiot.

People bash Mel a lot, but he is correct far more often than he is wrong. It is trendy to say that McShay is better, but it was McShay who wrote the most glowing reviews of Jemarcus Russell that you could find at the time. We see how that turned out.
Dilfer was always a little underrated, anyway. Definitely the better pick here.
