Well, the man in this video didn't do anything besides voice his opinion, he wasn't completely out of line either. Saying "Fuck" to anyone isn't unlawful, or out of the ordinary. He was then arrested for it. I didn't see him "throw urine" or anything to that extent. UNLESS there was previous footage where he was way out of line. May surprise some but "assault" is NOT hitting someone. That's "BATTERY". "Assault" can be "threatening speeches and gestures". Touch someone without their permission and THAT is battery. Glad to see DPD was there to protect the citizens at the tea party, as always they do an amazing job! I just have one question if that lady was at home and needed help who would she call? The NAACP, ya let me know how they will protect her when someone is breaking in on her, because I am sure she does not support the second amendmant either! If she does not support the Police Force or our government then maybe she should leave our community and our country!

The DPD estimated well over 8,000. Get your facts straight my friend.
And the vast & overwhelming majority of those present were there supporting fiscal responsiblity, lower taxes, less government waste and abuse in spending. It had very little, if any to do with Obama and it certainly wasn't "anti-governemnt."

they were intimidated cos that guys bigger than them, and hes black and wearing a hood so they thought they could get away with it - people need to stand together instead of doing nothing when people are getting arrested for no reason.
everybody puts police on a pedistool even when theyre getting abused by them. one man got killed at the g20 protest in london april 1. then the next day there was a memorial protest for him, and people were getting beaten again!

well yeah thats what we would have done in the uk, but our normal cops arent armed. just square up to them, film them, tell them what theyre doing is an unlawful arrest and if they continue rush them.

Well, well. I see the Dayton Police are no different than most. They're trained that everyone is a suspect today and we're all criminals. They spend there day's looking for a reason to arrest someone as that's their job. Just like I spend my days trying to sell books... as that's my job!
What we need are real Citizens On Patrol... all volunteers!

Well, the man in this video didn't do anything besides voice his opinion, he wasn't completely out of line either. Saying "Fuck" to anyone isn't unlawful, or out of the ordinary. He was then arrested for it. I didn't see him "throw urine" or anything to that extent. UNLESS there was previous footage where he was way out of line. Otherwise, he was wrongfully arrested....which again...has nothing to do with Right or Left.
