oh god ever since i installed software update 2.1 my phone has been freezing and glitching its ass off i can barely use it not to mention the power button randomly got jammed....it sucks...im gonna send it back n get a new one maybe that will work. and resetting wont work either it used to now i cant even get to the menu with out it freezing....so yeah my first 1 sucked maybe my second will be better...

it is a common occurrence for a a few phones out of thousands to mess up i have a sidekick lx and people said don't get it it messes up and brakes easy the only prob i have is the Sidekick plan to much money.plus t-mobile is F%*^##@ me on my bill so im switching to either att or verizon but from what i see i like the back flip...if i get it ill respond to you with what i think of and tell you if it dose the samething

that's not possible no phone last more then a day,the reason why the battery dies on that phone that fast not only because is a touch screen and it uses more sensible touch but because of all the advantages it has such as internet use,applications,navigations and more so of course the battery wont last long. Kind of like that droid and lets not foget that this phone ideals movies in it so that's nother reason too. :)
