Without a Declaration of war, a drone attack in any nation undeclared is nothing more than an act of terrorism.

Can the US federal Govt pertetuate Terrorism? By international law they are ... As an American, I am outraged at teh innocents that have been dying for the few low level insurgents that have killed.
