I didn't really care about Detective Aiden and Angell, I could live without them, but if they kill Mac, Stella, Hawkes, Adam, Sid, Flack, Lindsay, or Danny, I would definitely not watch the show.

Sid has to die...The others all have a potential reason for not being killed off the show. Mac and Stella can't be killed, because they are crucial. Danny and Lindsay can't be killed, because they just had a baby, and the show wouldn't want to make the baby go a life without a father or mother. Hawkes can't die because he never got to get his sexual life deprivation over with, and racial comments will be given if he dies. Sid has no reason to stay alive! I am not biased, or anything like that...

Why would someone have to die? I better they'd stay all alive, all the more so we don't know if anyone will really die, we just know that someone is in danger, so don't kill Sid straightaway, waitv for 6x01 and we'll see. All I know is that i love Sid as much as the others even if his role is less important, and i'll always remind the scene with Mac and Stella in the subway (or anything else i don't remember). Sid is funny and engaging, and i hope neither him nor the others will die.

I understand Sid is a good character, but in general, he doesn't have a reason to live. This sounds really harsh, but I am talking from a different "quality" aspect, "analyzing" each character's qualities. But, for sure, someone will die! Damn it; I can't find that video. CBS made a video in which the characters confirmed that someone was definitely going to die on the season 6 premiere.

Maybe you're right, but i'm still sceptical. Especially since i read the spoilers about the 6x01. Well, we'll see in September!!! I just hope that i'm right, i don't want to see anyone leaving the show, Angell's death was enough, don't need to overdue it!

i had heard that's it danny that gets hurt/shot in the cliffhanger @ the finale. but seeing has he's in the next ep i doubt that happens plus i've watched interviews with the cast and they were saying that they dind't even know who it was.which has production started back yet? i know some shows have but your about my only source for CSI:NY

well you never know Danny could be shot cause from what I read Danny is only in the lab, so he could have gotten hurt idk. Yes production has started the first episode is already in filming cause 6x02 is set to be filming next week. I think that Danny getting shot is a big maybe, but we can see he is ok so that is all that really matters.

I think them making us think that someone is going to get hurt or die will bring in the ratings and viewers and thats what there going for.
