  • William Blake

To see a world in a grain of sand, And a heaven in a wild flower, Hold infinity in the palm of your hand, And eternity in an hour.

  • he does not understand the science he claims to know, i cant tell if he is crazy or just a lier

  • Holograms mimic life not the other way around......

  • That was interesting, I suppose. I mean it makes you think, but other than that it kinda just throws more crap on top of the age old esoteric questions "what's real and where the fuck did everything come from." Guess we won't know till we die or we just won't know ever.

    Yours truly,

    Grizzly Pattums*

*No relation to grizzly adams. Although I met him once and we ended up going on a date. Then he raped me.

  • Lecture starts at 1:46

  • I see several comments about what a waste the book is and I wanted to mention that there was a time that I would have probably thrown this book away because I wasn't ready for it. Sometimes you have to reach a certain point in your awareness of true reality in order to comprehend things. I have discovered that if I go through information that I found useless in past times, I can sometimes gain much new realizations from it.

  • "Michael Talbot died on May 27th 1992 from leukaemia. He was 38 years and 8 months old when he died." - Can someone confirm this ? It's kinda weird if he died of this cause .. you know ...

  • U wouldn't do anything you don't think you can do in other words reality is created mentally you had to figure it out first.

  • I got undeniable proof of reality comes from brains notice someone tells you that u cant do it but u know u can u dont even bother because u know u can by holding on to that thought that u can do it regardless u hold on to that probability unconciouslly then looking away.

  • I am so tired of every single youtube vid I go to, there is ALWAYS a continuation of someone bickering, ALWAYS. can people grow up or shut up? it's funny that it's on these "smarter" videos, that the arguing is just infantile. and no, I won't respond to comments, so don't send any. I don't want to be a part of your whining-carousel

  • @hollowmenrule Yay another anti troll is born!! Power to the antitroll community. Expose them for the evil they are. I HATE TROLLS and so I love anyone like this with the balls to point them out. They are useless to everyone including themselves. Go back under the bridge where you belong - do mankind a favor.

  • very cool. In a song a really like there is a sample from this guy. always wondered who it was talking

  • I ahve read his book the Holographic universe and I did find in very interesting however aferwards I checked out Sai Baba and not only found him quite repulsive to look at, and not genuine I looked him up on You Tube and could see the tricks that are claimed to be of a mystic origin, Check out Dr Joye Pugh and 'Unpeeling the layers of the satanic onion', very interesting and her book Eden the knowledge of good and evil so far very interesting with explosive information check it out

  • @wendylou57 Sai Baba, unfortunately, was a fraud and pedophile, abusing many youngsters put under his wing, I saw an entire documentary on him. It's sad.

  • nods to gaussalmighty

  • @gaussalmighty Sai Baba is one of his most radical claims, which is one of the major things he depends on to "mystify" the reader and therefore give the illusion that this book, as a whole, is life-changing. He takes too much freedom in interpreting what a holographic universe would mean. Any particular "explanation" he gives for a particular supposedly supernatural event can be used to explain any other of the supernatural events. This book is a logical mess.

  • awful book... everything is anecdotal... great concept though, the only good part is when he talks about david bohm's holographic notions of physical reality... he uses some phony sathya sai baba as some sort of evidence for a holographic reality... this book is more involved with mysticism than actual scientific scrutiny. waste of time.

  • @allismind you haven't read the book have you..

  • @allthings509 yes i definitely read the book ...which im not proud of, since it was a complete waste of time

  • I would have snipped away the first one minute and forty seconds of this vid. They're just a waste of time.

  • Thank you for posting this! We were room-mates in NYC in the late 70's and early 80's, and I have missed him terribly.

  • As for me and my House.

    Jesus - - I Trust in You.

  • The Universe as whole is Infinite/Energy/Vacuum

( Diracs sea ) T=0K. According to Quantum theory the Vacuum gives birth to virtual/ energy particles

who can change into real particles. And from these real particles were created everything in the World.

We are logical and conscious humans. Doesnt

it mean what the real particles and Vacuum also must be conscious ? ==========.

    Israel Sadovnik. Socratus

  • if u dnt follow jesus ull go to hell, but he loves you, and if u got loads of money hes ur best friend and youll go to heaven :)

  • Michael Talbot = Awesome

  • Because sometimes sahajrob, it is just plain old fun. None of it needs to be taken seriously. Religious or non religious. It is all just different games we choose to play, while playing around as a human. When we choose to leave this so called body none of the mental noise will matter, we will go back to that truth uninhibited by a conditioned fearful mind that needs to protect itself.

    All just fun!

  • why is this looking like a religious debate? How ridiculous. He's just describing natural phenomenon. People spare us your religious and anti religious convictions. Please pay attention.

  • It's quite clear why. Science and some east religion are coming to the same conclusion because they were right. No, this has nothing to do with god or jesus or allah or whatever. Just nature of reality.

  • @sahajrob I might also add that some of these people should put aside their bible for a moment and actually learn to write English properly.

  • How can people who claim to worship "God" say the things they do to people who "choose" not to conform to a certain religion. It displays your character when you act that way. So worthy are you that you feel its proper to stake a claim that people who are not religous for logical reasons are "fucking retarded" and say "your friend Hey-Sus". WOW I didnt know God or Jesus judges us like that, they sounds like douches. I dont like how God and Jesus treat everyone :(

  • Of course this would seem like crap to a belief system that is threatened by the very existence of evidence that would shed light on one of the oldest lies know to man. Religion. Religion keeps you weak and powerless and is grossly misinterpreted. Jesus can't save you or liberate you completely from your burdens, because you are the very essence of Jesus, you just think you are separate from that essence. Don't let jesus into your life, shoot the guru, as you are the truth the guru points to.

  • THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

  • I'm sorry, I hit the down-thumb when I meant to hit the thumbs up sign. I agree with what you say entirely, but I couldn't put it so eloquently. I don't believe Jesus went through all the virgin birth, star and three kings stuff as there would be much more historical evidence and other 'messiahs' have the same symbolism. Thanks for your thoughtful posting.

  • your so ignorant i dont even know where to begin

  • Silent,

Please read my message to vito. It applies to you too.

    Your friend,

    Jesus

  • Rondie54

Thank you so much. I really needed a laugh right now and you hit the spot!

    Too funny!

  • please do not bring your religion into this. religion is nonsense. religion is for weak people. have a great day!

  • Vito,

    You're fucking retarded.

    Your friend,

    Jesus

  • nerd

  • Dude, you should go back to the Dark Ages.

  • Thank you for posting this. I love his book!

  • Thanks for this nicolasinAUM. This is a fascinating and very interesting concept.

His book was written in the early nineties, has any other serious research been conducted

    since then?

    Mind expanding stuff anyway!:)
