why the different boards? it all going in the same stew??

not sure if yuor in the trade or not, but in professional kitchens different coloured boards help with cross contaminations,
red raw meat he did say at 1 minute 20 seconds.
blu fish,,,yellow cooked meat,

jesus, a gay chef makin a fckn Irish stew gay as fck. A stew is not a 'DISH'. It can be made from dead relatives or anything just add water. We Irish leared that from The Famine. I never want to see this fool trying to drink a Guiness.
