Think about this, In the bible it says God created the earth in 7 days. It also says that a day to God is a thousand or so years. He could have done whatever he wanted in those years, even Evolution. It does say that Adam came from dirt. Animals are going extinct every hundred years, so maybe some form of evolution could have happened up until the point God ended it.
