Uh, actually no. There is NEVER any reference shown to prove they got married at any point in time, in the original Japanese version of the show they don't call each other husband and/or wife, and in the episode they have that party after Buu's defeat ChiChi says specifically "Why don't we trade mates" to Bulma. If Vegeta and Bulma were married then she WOULD have said husband. Sorry, lots of fanfics have them married, but as far as in the real show, they're not.
