  • @deeno75 Join the Royal Marines then

  • i cant believe u went from 1st to second pic in just 3 months :) amazing. i have been workout out for the past 3 months straight and dont look different at all :( do u have n e advice

  • Do you actually live in that shithole?

  • You should comment with things that are relevant if you are mentally capable of such.

  • I think I might have burned out myself recently within a 2 month period. I train long and hard and I had plenty of energy when doing it, then all of a sudden I could keep it up anymore and I felt exhausted and didnt want to work out.

    I guess thats what happened.

  • exactly what happend to me

  • me too, i push myself too much and i loss 2 pounds (of muscle) and i trained with shoulder pain... i'm so stupid... i'm gonna do 2 weeks of bodyweight exercises to recover...

  • I was pushing 170 and then when I crashed I lost and I weigh 158. It does suck but that just motivates me even more.

Never thought losing weight would be a bad thing but that really strikes down the confidence level.

  • Hey question IS it a legitimate method to do ANY callestetics at all durring your overtraining recovery time??

  • u're gay

  • 8-12 weeks??!?!?! Most dudes go into the gym and work their ass of and within a week or two their are overtrained and exhausted, not having built any amount of muscle.

  • But what if your in the military and are force to keep pushing yourself day in day out everyminute??

  • Why you wearing a winter hat in the house?

  • maybe he's a hat guy :)

  • or maybe he's a bald guy...

  • I see what you mean... all your chest hair suddenly disappeared! That's terrible!

  • nice results! how long should the break be?

  • so does overtraining cause your muscles to never grow ever again?

  • when you are overtrained only bad things happen.(it depends on the level). You can start from some headaches, no will to train, training stagnation, strength plateaus to chronic injuries, strength loss, protein catabolism even mental problems and other health problems.

  • mate can I ask if your October results were because of "over training" or whether it was because you stuck to the same regime. I would think that if you changed the excercises on the muscle groups you could keep building so I'm just curious for a bit more info of your experience? Cheers boss

  • awesome advice man

  • Great advice. You saw impressive results on BFL too!

  • Thanks mate,

    adam

  • you're truly an inspiration, dude. keep it up! :-)

  • Thanks man!

    I'll do my best

    Adam
