  • @thepuzzleandsolution just as i suspected. if you need investors its not free. technically solar power is free, but you obviously need to purchase and maintain solar panels. the energy itself is free and abundant but it costs to trap and convert it. sounds pretty sketchy that he just found an "energy", be it a substance, gas, or other (apparently you have no clue) that no one else knows about. even if he couldnt get investors to put up money, why wouldnt he at least tell some one what it is?

  • @thepuzzleandsolution what energy systems are free? do tell.

  • Until we expose the Fed and nationalize it, nothing will change for the better in America. Congress gave away its responsibility to create paper money in 1913 to the Fed.

In fact, Congress has given away the country to the mega-banks and Wall Street.

We got to this point because, the American people over the decades were apathetic, and willfully ignorant with respect to our monetary policies, big business and government.

Our form of society only works when citizens are involved and informed.

  • @AffinityNetNews yea, that just what we need, more government control. u do know that 92% of congress is in wall st' pocket? nationalizing it is not going to to prevent the wealthy from using it to benefit them.

  • @ejpetersondub Yes I agree. However, as Ron Paul has stated it's not practical or really feasible to burn the damn thing to the ground, we need to phase it out with a competing currency then, burn the damn thing to the ground!

But, the last part of your statement is the biggest battle of all ... the wealthy. In every society these are the guys that screw it all up for everyone. The only solution if you want liberty is an informed and involved populace. The only other option is Collectivism.

  • @AffinityNetNews the wealthy did not screw anything up. they played by your rules and won the game of capitalism. u cant support the system they used to become, and stay rich then call for their reckoning. its more like everyone ruined it for themselves. everyone who goes out and gives their paycheck back to the 1% for over-priced consumer products are to blame for them having 40% of the wealth. dont be naive to think collectivism is the only other option, there are many others.

  • @ejpetersondub Who controls the Federal Reserve, Wall street, Big media, big oil, big pharma etc..? The wealthy ruling elite. To say that the wealthy haven't foment draconian control is absurd. And it's not Capitalism, it's Crony-Corporatism. Yes, we're all victims and enablers isn this collapsing system. Collectivism is the over-arching term that describes all the 'isms' other than 'Individualism'.

  • @AffinityNetNews the wealthy ruling elite control everything because you give them control. capitalism gives them control. they broke no rules, just convinced you that the ones they put in place are good. all of their actions are based on greed, capitalism is an economy ruled by greed. u say capitalism, greed, isnt the problem, then what is? "crony -corporatism" is capitalism.

  • @ejpetersondub I agree with you that 'we' gave them this power because, in a Constitutional republic based not on Collectivism but, on Individualism We The People, are to be responsible and involved in our political process and we are not, and our system has become corrupt beyond words. Why? GREED, just as you say.

Sadly, I believe Capitalism is a utopian pipe dream, just as Socialism is because no matter what system is created there's always corrupt power trying to get more for themselves ...

  • @AffinityNetNews Indeed. I do like to hope (however hopeless we really are) that we have a chance to smarten up and evolve as a species where we don't need governments or even many laws to control peoples' behavior. we are ever so slowly pushing in that direction as more and more ppl become enlightened to who they are, see through all the government and institutional propaganda, and love humanity because you are a part of it. not in my lifetime though...

  • @ejpetersondub Once again you nailed it. Spiritual awareness, it's the bottom line. I give seminars on these very issues and I've found a hopeful sign in that many people are beginning to realize this like the '100th Monkey theory' and are changing their priorities and focusing less on material gain and moving to a simpler lifestyle. But sadly, they are the tiny minority.

I did the same when I left film and TV, and moved to the high remote mountains of Colorado knowing what was coming...

  • @PissedFechtmeister

That's not what I said at all. Please, work on your reading and comprehension skills.

  • One word to answer RT's question: YES!

  • End money period!

  • RT? come on.... I was a supporter whats with the sexuality...

  • 1) Corporate Personhood

    2) The Federal Reserve

    3) Out of control banking practices

putting a bullet in these (figuratively) would be a very good start...

  • 20 years ago I was trained to fight Russians and the USSR and I now I get my news from a Russian news network.

    Thank you RT!

  • Who loves RT we love RT!!!! Thanks for honest news guys

  • @Wrothchild "I love to suck uncircumcised cock."--Wrothchild.

  • 1:26 to 1:36 ... very professional news production.

  • @tbmagis I liked it. But then again I'm a straight male. Very straight after watching that section.

  • Our government has failed us so we are trying to change it. OWS!!!

  • @NBrown654500 What do we want?

    We don't know!

    When do we want it?

    Whenever!

  • the name of the economic game we're playing is capitalism and the goal is profit. the top 1% are the winners, and the rest of us are the losers. don't like the results? play a different game!

  • @ejpetersondub We could play the Venus Project game (aka communism) and then 99.99% will be losers.

  • @PissedFechtmeister the venus project is not communism. not one SINGLE aspect of communism exists in the IDEA of the venus project. either you have not a clue of what communism is or what the venus project is. i suggest u learn about what u talk about, BEFORE you talk about it...

  • @ejpetersondub The VP is a centrally planned economy where goods are distributed based on need.

  • @PissedFechtmeister that definition couldn't be more broad. that fits ANY economy besides total anarchy. US capitalism is controlled by the government, and anyone with money can buy what they need. u might as well call capitalism communism because they both have powerful corrupt governments and use a monetary system to control the economy. again, LEARN about what you are talking about before you speak. 5 minutes is enough to see that capitalism is more similar to communism than the VP.

  • Also the video is too overexposed or there is just too much light .. washed out looking .. I know its a new show needs tweaking.

  • The camera angles are a tad too low on the close ups ..

  • The one taking bride and the one that offer bride are both guilty. Yet people that get screwed are forming in 2 groups fighting each other on which one to blame.

No it's gov, no it's Corp. How about both? Duh.

  • We don't need to get rid of the FED, but we do need to get rid of the regulators who work for both the banks & the FED thus regulating the banks they work for. We need to establish a genuine bank regulating agency. We have seen what happens when the banks go unregulated. The reason the GOP wants to get rid of the FED is not b/c it's corrupt (they were the ones who corrupted it). The GOP want to kill the FED b/c it has the potential to be turned into a true regulatory agency.

  • @Jack194343 I dont think you have any idea what the banking cartel with govt stamp called the " FED" does

  • @Jack194343 U r so wrong it's not even funny. The FED caused the internet bubble of the 90's and the recent housing bubble by setting interest rates too low. That's why we want to end the FED. Also the US is running a trade deficit, which mean they import more than they export i.e. a net loss of wealth. This is unsustainable, the US needs to start closing the trade deficit by consuming less and producing more. To have competitive exports the US needs less gov, regulations and lower wages.

  • @Jack194343 The FED was created corrupt by the Democrats. Republicans shouldn't feel smug about this because they had their own FED bill that was worse than the one we got. Banks are not unregulated. On the contrary, banking is probably the most heavily regulated industry in America. The FED does get the bulk of the blame for the recession, but it wouldn't have been so bad if Barney "There is no housing bubble" Frank hadn't forced banks to trade good lending practices for political correctness.

  • @PissedFechtmeister The GOP disembowels reg agencies, but doesn't eliminate them. By allowing empty agencies to exist, they can claim regs that don't exist. B/c the FED supposedly regs the banks, the GOP get away with the LIE that the banks are not only reg'd but over reg'd. In truth b/c the banks reg themselves as do the oil companies, there is no regs & the banks do as they damn please. This is why we are experiencing financial ruin. The GOP loves to LIE & take advantage of ppl's ignorance.

  • omg what a babe...

  • @PissedFechtmeister

The repeal of Glass-Steagall allowed for the creation of too-big-to-fail banks by eliminating the government regulation prohibiting the combination of commercial and investment banking. Not only has this allowed for too-big-to-fail banks, but it allowed them to pursue policies that violated conflict of interests as they bet against their own derivatives for profit hoping that they would fail.

  • @LaughingLefty If you're saying that the banks defrauded people then you have a slight problem in your argument. Fraud was already illegal before Glass-Steagall was created and it was still illegal after GS was partially repealed. It wasn't the repeal of GS that was the problem, it was the banks committing the crime of fraud.

  • If you are poor, old, gay, unemployed, belong to a union (a teacher, civil servant, Postal Worker, police, or fireman) a woman using birth control, working a dangerous job that relies on gov regs for safety, if you want to protect the environment, are sick without health insur, a student trying to pay tuition, Islamic, Mormon, black, or Hispanic--the GOP is your enemy. It’s un-American, an alien invader killing this great nation with a narrow minded, pro-corporate deluge of greed & hate.

  • US holding Citi accountable? Ha! It is nothing but extortion. "We know you did wrong so now give us a share of the profits." So sayeth the SEC. Real accountability would be taking some people to court and throwing them in prison with the general population, and then requiring restitution to the American people.

  • Regulations? What regulations? There are no regulations. That's the problem.

  • @Tonio31 Youtube: Episode Two: "Economic Freedom in America Today"

After that, tell me that America is the paragon of lassiez-faire capitalism.

  • 2.5 TRILLION dollars in free money given to citigroup and they get to settle for 285 million? Yea.. it's a false flag.. no doubt. AND THEY REPORTED 3.8 billion!? I'm sorry but as an accountant I'm about to have a heart attack and die. If they reported 3.8 billion in earnings for one quarter then why did they need the 2.5 trillion dollar loan? They should at least have a net loss! AAAAGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

  • In response to the title of this video: duh!

  • I agree with what Cenk Ugyur says about making an amendment on blockading corporations and bankers power in Government.

  • The USA Government and the new regulations being created by this current administration are out of control. Its choking business and getting much worse as the new regulations are becoming Law.The Politicians dont have a clue....these people we have elected are cluless.

  • END THE FED....END THE FED...END THE FED

    END THE FEDERAL RESERVE.

  • Everything about my life has become illegal or unaffordable.

  • @TurboGC8 Same sentiments here with me. They should just legalize cannabis and finally get over it.

  • @MrZauruz the gov dosent wana legalise pot simply because its a weed, it freakin grows everywhere, making it very difficult to tax. the gov wants you using drugs that can be taxed easily and heavily such as many pharm companies and alchol, ciggs, i could go on but the list is to long for here. people are just getting to the point where they no longer care about many laws that have been forced apon them. Ask a cop why pots illegal and see if you get a straight forward answer.

  • @CLeach13 I agree.

  • seeing of the big picture and all it's problems affecting global economy all at once. :)

  • I think that in a sense current modern money reflects more relative income and wealth relations between the different participants of the economic system that particular money forms. That is at any given point of time under consideration. So it forms a distinct framework and a 'discourse' inside where debate about it's problems ordinary is done. My point is of course that this 'blind spot' of framework formed possibly by some unstated assumptions like practically unlimited energy may prevent...

  • FIRE BEN! END THE FED! The FED was established in 1913 to secure the highest profits for banksters, not to help the people. It is all smoke and mirrors.

  • sec is filled with former Goldman Sachs employees the sec is a joke!end corporatism that's the merger between corporation and state powers for those of you who don't know!that is fascism not capitalism this is what we have in America but Americans are to fucking stupid to realize this!

  • Government is always the problem because it accepts money.

Money has buying power and there will always be those who have it & willing to bribe. We should enforce the law and keep the politicians feet to the floor instead of chasing after people with money.

  • Lauren is freaking hot!

  • @deepwater1974 for a grandma

  • @Johnsonbruner Grandma?

  • Nope, the big banks are are the problem and the cause!! Join a peacefull, non violent movement and stop standing on the sidelines! Facebook the bank transfer day movement and take your power back. Save this beautiful country of ours!!

  • @vinnys025 The FED is the real problem. They started the bubble and the same policies discouraged savings. Thus when the bubble burst people had no savings to fall back on.

  • New set with glass prop? They want us to see the total package. smh

  • Great start!

  • BRING BACK ADAM VS. THE MAN

  • Will full episodes of The Capital Account be uploaded to Youtube so all can watch? It's great when that happens because the time differences on RT schedule means some of us can't watch the shows on TV at air time.

  • new set is awesome! need to change the tv in the back with the 'live' feed' to something else -- distracting

  • No, missing the glass stegall act is fucking the economy. When wallstreet complains about certain regulations you know its a good regulation.

  • So solar energy out of the us loses against china. But this socialist german solar energy can? Go figure!

  • Deregulation suggested by the banks and the Fed among others is what brought down the US Economy!

  • @ThunderFalls Have you heard of regulatory capture?

  • @ThunderFalls

Ofcourse you are ignoring all of the actions taken by the state and the fed that incentivized and sustained the bubble in the first place. This comment is irrelevant: weither or not regulation is generally more hurtful than helpful, or weither regulation benefits the Elite more often than it hurts them, are two issues independant of little anectdotes. Even if you think the repeal of Glass-steagle caused the economic crisis, you still haven't addressed the former two statements

  • They seem dead seriously hilarious.. probably not though. Still.. punishing the little guy doesn't solve anything - but no need to be unreasonably mean towards Wall Street etc.

  • We should just Wall Street and the Bankers do what they want and remove all regulations on them. The free market will fix this country and if you disagree, your an unpatriotic socialist...or at least that's what Fox News told me, and they're fair and balanced so I know it to be true.

  • @marco39120 I hope your being sarcastic...If not you're dumb.

  • I say shut down mainstream news media completely then willshow them who's boss;) that's just my thought no one elses:) I hate mainstream news media I gave up on them when lost started on abc back in 2004 that's like 7 years ago oh and the 28th of October marks the anniversary mile stone mark of 7 billion people living on this rock planet called Earth.

  • Anyone from the financial industry whining that government regulations are hurting economic recovery have zero credibility.

    Restore Glass-Steagall!

  • @LaughingLefty Specifically what problems were caused by the partial repeal of Glass-Steagall?

  • @PissedFechtmeister Derivatives.

  • @yesgyes LEGALIZE MARIJUANA................NOW

  • @yesgyes Nationalize the fed? You think politicians are more trustworthy than bankers? Don't nationalize the fed, END THE FED. Legalize freedom. End the money monopoly.

  • @Leofus1986 I agree.

  • Comment removed

  • @yesgyes Why do you think that? Is that what you were told?

  • @Leofus1986 But, taking a larger step back, isn't the FED the natural gravitation of the monetary system, and even the market mentality?"Money monopoly", isn't that a bit redundant? Doesn't money put people in positions of advantage over others that they can, then, "capitalize" on? What kind of freedom are you talking about?

  • Comment removed

  • @yesgyes we don't owe the fed trillions, silly. the fed's profits are returned to the treasury. we owe trillions to people who own treasury bills and bonds. its how the fed uses their monopoly to exempt themselves from competitive pressures to manipulate the economy for the benefit of the big financial companies that is so damaging. if we give the government this monopoly power, they will use it indiscriminately until the money becomes worthless and it wouldn't take long either.

  • @Leofus1986 If you look at history in the USA, it is not the first time they ended a center banking system. It's just this one been more deceiving than the ones at the past. What will happen? People will wake up and end the fed, many of them will go to jail. In 30 or more years, the ones that didn't grow up on this timeline will make the same mistake again. And put yet another center bank. By the way this is not just the USA but the rest of the world makes this same mistake again.

  • @Leofus1986 id love to end it, best way get rid of it is to get rid of legal tender laws and allow people to choose what form of money people want to use, if the fed wishes to stay in bussiness (they are a private bank) they will have to ensure that their custormers are happy with their services. i dont think that will happen and its looking more and more like it will take some type of aggressive action to rid this nation of the fed

  • @Leofus1986 end the fed and then what? What does legalize freedom mean? What are you talking about?

  • @CraigKramer End the FED and allow private banks to set up competing money. Yes, that introduces some inefficiencies into the system, but since the money-makers will be forced to compete inflation will be kept under control.

  • @PissedFechtmeister why would they do that? And who would force them to do it? Makes no sense.

  • @CraigKramer I'm assuming, in my scenario, that the money printed by the banks is backed real assets held in the bank (usually precious metals). Paper money is really just an IOU for the assets held in the bank. The bank can then loan out money and charge interest. Banks will inflate and deflate the money supply, but they key thing is that different monies are allowed to compete with each other. This keeps the bank from overinflating the money.

  • @PissedFechtmeister I know how it works, but there's nothing to suggest that they won't inflate or deflate the price of precious metals. They already manipulate that now. Look at silver ffs. It went from 50 to 30, to 35. Gold is more stable, but still fluctuates all the time as well.

  • @CraigKramer If they introduce too much instability into their money then people will cash in all their money for the gold and silver in the bank. Currently the FED can get away with unstable policies because they have no competitor in the US.

  • @PissedFechtmeister but silver and gold will still be commodities. Unless you "de-commodify" gold and silver, which to me seems a flagrant breach of the "free market" Austrians like Ron Paul care so much about.

  • @Leofus1986 So everyone can print money?

  • @Leofus1986 Dont be fooled the bankers are far less untrustworthy and greedy then the politicians. But remember this that the politicians are far more violent

  • @yesgyes IDIOT!

  • @Hillsillverr fuck you genius. if you were so fucking smart you wouldnt be wasting your time with your brilliant reply.

  • I can't subscribe to any argument that states that regulations are hurting the US Economy when it was de-regulation that caused it in the first place.

  • @ZedAlfa273 I can't subscribe to any argument that state that it was a lack of regulation that destroyed the U.S economy. Peter Schiff whom regularly appear on RT gave a congressional testimony on how regulations destroyed the U.S economy here watch?v=FLmD9TeUC54. You might also want to watch this video as well by Peter Schiff watch?v=SEtwy2SpDow&feature=channel_video_title

  • @Aeros802 Why was only Peter Schill called to testify before Congress? And what of Max Keiser or Micheal Hudson, why were they not called to testify?

  • @ZedAlfa273 Because Peter Schiff was not called to testify, he requested it.

  • @Aeros802,I saw Peter Schiff on OWS today.

  • @98bigbutt I remember your profile pic from another RT video comment about OWS. If I recall correctly you posted an anti capitalist comment on the other OWS RT videos. Hopefully Peter Schiff changed your mind? He did state that he was going to OWS during his radio program.

  • @ZedAlfa273 There was no deregulation. That's a left-wing myth. The government steadily creates 2000 pages of new regulations each year. The federal code of regulations is now over 157,000 pages long.

  • @PissedFechtmeister So...the repeal of Glass–Steagall can't be considered deregulation?

  • @ZedAlfa273 The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, which partially repealed Glass-Steagall, created a net increase in regulations. As a result of the GLBA the oversight of the CRA was expanded so that any bank that wanted to expand services or merge with another bank would have to demonstrate compliance with CRA standards. In 2008 those standards were weakened which then required banks to weaken their lending standards so that they had to give out loans that they knew couldn't be repaid.

  • Something not quite right with RT...Why are all the women so beautiful ....similarities with Fox and CNN ....I smell a rat !!

  • @daleyboy77 they're specially made clone whores...

  • @1x93cm something very wrong here all newsreaders do not have to look like models

    thanks for response

  • 1:23, totally undressing her like the other smooth talking black dude from an earlier video.

    Just stating the obvious here

  • @GtheMVP It's obvious that Lauren wants him. She's having difficulty concentrating and swallowing.

  • Regulations cost businesses 2 trillion a year in the US alone. New regualtions are constantly being created, and the public service machine running them continues to grow.

The regulatory industry and its employees are a massive drain on the economy

  • meh...i think we'd be better off with a king and a few nobles...

atleast there wouldn't be a huge corpratocracy- just a few nobles that we could find and behead when they become tyrannical

  • RT .... Doing the classic fade in shot so we can catch some NICE LOOKING LEGS!!! some producer finally woke up over there yall got some nice anchors ... I say show a bit of leg...

  • @baza1701 news with fan service =D

  • 8:22 speculations..

  • and at the same time the federal reserve gives Citigroup trillions of dollars..................what a fuckin joke

  • was anybody else looking at the out of sync television in the background?

  • I love you Lauren, and the Fed stinks. it's the ultimate tool of the Banksters

  • This little country bumpkin RT/kremlin whore is pleased as punch to have a job spreading her stumpy little legs for her Ruskie commissars.

    Good work, hideous slut!

  • @DforDIckhead2100 Get lost fat idiot.

  • independence for puerto rico! colonialism is a crime against humanity!
