  • An experiment doesn't have to be fancy to be good :))

  • thank you this helped me with my c2 science exam

  • As a Electrician of over 40 years, nice experiment.

  • Nice awesome testing machine you got there

  • ahha in dinan is saltwater, it's all clear to me now

  • i sick i just realised this is in ottawa, ive seen his vids b4 maybe i can get into his class lol

  • OMG thank you, I'm doing a science project, and I'm trying to finda good procedure and sort of an idea of what im doing, Like, for my project, I'm doing an experiment to measure the conductivity of salt solutions, different salt amounts in each solution. This video helped a LOT

  • lol water is obviously an electrical conductor, Deionised sea of electrons once you electrolyse it, AWesome EXperiments!!, man i'm starting to like Chemistry more than Physics lol

  • this guy is funny--

  • "Deader". Nice word.

  • what r the steps to do this?

  • does gold have thermal and electrical conductivity

  • @xavierxman123

gold is often used in subwoofer jacks because it has a very good conductivity

  • niceeee. nice and easy =)

  • AWESOME VIDEO, and I too love Mythbuster, awesome explination., watching the History Channel Now. Modern marvels "Acid" ...

Like I said, Awesome vidoe, I it looks like you have more videos, ...

I originally was searching for Ph levels...

  • those salts dont dissolve instantly.

  • he just concludes by saying these salts are in too smal amounts. "if you add sodium chloride, the guy is eaven deader"

  • Correct.

  • even though i am not in high school or college, i thought this video was very helpful, we actually just did the exact same experiment in class. i hope this video can get me a 100% on my quiz.

  • sigh ill never get to see more videos i want to be in this class soooooo bad

  • hhmm so theoretically if you throw the toaster in a bathtub full of DISTILLED water, you will not get zapped?

  • you should try it

  • my teacher back in highschool did the above experiment but with a bigger tub. He stuck his hand in the (distilled) water with the 2 wires and nothing.

  • true but the toaster has to be clean and there has to be a lot of water to prevent contaminent concentration from rising too high and shocking you.

  • Right, thats why i said theoretically.

  • So, what happens if you use Sodium Chloride in a wet cell battery?

  • you screw up your battery.

  • That's not good.

  • i also like MythBusters

  • Awesome set of videos please keep up the posting.

    Thanks.
