  • Dogs are carnivores, why do people insist on forcing them into their narrow frame of mind. WE (as humans) are omnivoresl and yet some chose a vegetarian path, i am disgusted that people think that they can bring up any carnivorous animal in such a way. If you don't like meat then that is your problem... you deal with it. Don't bring a carnivore into your sad life and FORCE it to live like you. END OF.

  • dogs are carnivores not omnivores they don't need fruit or veggies in their diet.. Whole Prey Diet is the best you can do...meat, bone ,, organs, supplement with fish oil... it's what their bodies are designed for.. they aren't cows or horses they're Wolves!!!!!

  • I buy organic vegetables in a can: pumkin, sweet potato, carrots, & asparagus. Fruits: very riped bananas & bluberries. Ratio: 50/50.) For carbs: brown rice. I also buy organic eggs (raw fed) Mix it ALL in a blender including the eggshells into a very fine paste, and mix it 1/4 ratio to raw meat (ground turkey.) Fed twice a day, with the 3rd feeding canned sardines or salmon for omega 3 fats & protein. All natural plain yogurt as a treat. His mange went away naturally with this all natural diet.

  • so many experts on youtube...so much knowledge.

  • Dogs are carnivores, just feeding them this is BAD for them, though you can always mix this with meat sauce or rare meat, big bones are also good for their dental health

  • @Amelia102938 Actually, dogs are typically omnivores. All though they are canines and love meat, they should have some fruits and veggies in their meal from time to time.

  • @RandomChris46 I mean veggies not fruits.

  • @RandomChris46 There's actually not much harm in feeding a dog fruit, if the dog will eat it. However, one fruit you should never feed a dog is GRAPES. For some weird reason, grapes contain a toxin that can cause kidney failure in dogs.

  • @rpmangin Yeah I just found that out a couple days ago. Fruit like apple slices (not containing seeds or skin) is very healthy, and bananas are too.

  • @RandomChris46 Oh yeah, dogs aren't smart enough to eat around the fruit pits, and their digestive tracts are not strong enough to hold fruit seeds (even humans do not digest fruit seeds).

  • Comment removed

  • @rpmangin Yes, they are very smart but not eating around the seeds.

  • gotta loose stool? try araldite

  • my father feeds my dogs hotdog pieces astreats , he is so oldschool, i am trying to get him to feed them blueberries- they love blueberries -- what about poor mans meat - beans and lentils for their protein--

  • I don't eat this well! But making it for a dog, would certainly make it so I would! heheh

  • dogs shouldn't eat fruit only vegetables its could kill him

fruit is sugar so u know it

  • @msSexypearls blanket statement.

  • @msSexypearls Your right.

  • yeah lana is on a raw diet and is about the same. I have more things but general the same. make sure you remove the seeds from apples and DO NOT give your dog apple core or grapes.

  • yeah lana is on a raw diet and is about the same. I have more things but general the same.

  • I give my dog a peice of watermelon.

  • @Oscar98planet3 my mom told me once that watermelon is bad for dogs:O

  • Yea, cook the potatoes (would you eat a raw potato?)...but they're not bad for a dog.

  • this lady is really irritating. so slow, boring, and every other thing she says is "uh"

  • Ummm last time I cheched dogs are carnivores not omnivores. They cannot digest veggies or fruit like we do. Wolves arent in berry patches or corn fields eating. Also Carbs? Dogs dont nee alot of Carbs. What they get from raw is sufficiant enough.

  • @maligator2009 wolves and other carnivores eat the stomachs and intestines of animals. Therefore the plants inside those animals are partialy digested and the stomach contains enzymes to help digest the plant material as well. so I,ve been told anyway. dogs and wolves can't survive on just steaks alone. basically they need the whole animal for a complete diet. I hope all that made sense

  • Potatoes are poisious for dogs!!!!!! >:|

  • @MiniSchnauzerAmber I've heard that potatoes are poisonous as well, maybe it's just raw potatoes or maybe this lady has no clue? IDK

  • @MiniSchnauzerAmber ok I googled it and it's potato peelings and green patatoes that are bad, apparently cooked and mashed potatoes are good and easy on the digestive system.

  • Um...pumpkin isn't a vegetable @_@

  • I thought that dogs couldn't have any type berrys?!!!

  • you cant have-a the mango

  • Today I found a puppy in the street and he is at my house now, he is so sweet, and I have another dog, adult, and he eats vegies and raw meat and alot of things lol, but I was wondering, the adult diet is the same of the puppy or there are different ingrediants...help please

  • Hey I see your posted this comment 4 months ago is that pussy still with you? That's awesome for taking him home ^^

  • @white88supremacy Help please? Nobody's gonna help a nazi loving racist pig like you.

  • ENVocalist|If you knew anything about dogs, Obviously you wouldn't be saying that. Some dog foods have bad things in them and can kill your dog as they get older. Your not a vet? So why act like it? We humans are animals so we can treat them any way we please.

  • I've been making my dog's food for over a year. I had a vet go through the recipe to make sure it was balanced. I would never feed my dog commercial dog food anymore. Even the "premium" dog foods are nothing but processed crap. I use fresh fruit, organic veggies and organic meat.

  • most humans don't eat this well. my dogs ove carrots, apples and cucumber. they also get raw chicken and cooked rice. their stool volume was reduced by 75% by going with a RAW diet

  • It's crazy how far owners' are willing to care for their dogs.

  • no its because of the food recall so everyones tryin to help their pets live longer

  • I give my dog carrots with meat sauce.

  • i give my jack russell parsley mixed in her food for her bad breath

  • excellent video. I hadn't thought about feeding frozen fruit. Iguess it's cheaper and freezing doesn't ruin the nutrition of foodsl like cooking does.

  • thxz 4 info, broccoli is great too

  • my puppy loves this!!!!thx 4 the vid!
