  • This is a refuse truck?

  • i dont get how it works???

  • They used these in East Sussex til lately,

saw a very odd one in Brighton which looked as if their council's technical people might've made it themselves once!

  • The disadvantage of this design is the amount of time it takes them to tip compared to a conventional design.

I have been stuck behind them at London Waste for 20 minutes, when a conventional dustcart that pushes the load out takes half the time.

  • I wonder what took me so long to find this.. never seen one like this before.

  • the suprising thing on this one is the strength of the "teeth" in combination with that snail shaped input.

you can feed this one with a 3-seat couch in one piece and it would make debris out of it.

  • any models or kits up for sale working or notworking if so where ?

  • As kewl as these trucks are - they're as thirsty as hell! When truck is 3/4 full you have to put brick under throttle to boost drum turning else it would simply stop!

  • I like the packer deisgn and uniqueness!!! VERY AWESOME!!! Goes one way to feed and the other to eject! THANKS FOR THE POST AGAIN!

  • Very nicely done, did you make these??

  • Wish I could..

  • i always wondered how that worked! nice upp

  • It's very easy with a minimum of parts. Works always..
