Sylosis aren't really metalcore like people are saying. They have that slight metalcore edge to their music but they're primarily death metal, even a bit melodeath-ish with also a bit of thrash.

In fact, they're their own genre. :D

@pspvampire you mean the are equally melodeath and thrash cause this album is very heavy on the thrash riffs and breaks, and there other album is very heavy on the melodic riffs and solos, both albums side with the thrash aspect though, but there is one metalcore aspect about them, but only cause of a stereo type cause this guy doesnt sound like a fag, but metal core was derived from melodeath so that puts it back to 50/50% ratio on there genre
