  • From what documentary is this video?

  • @KevosMagic I believe that is from art of the violin.

  • @peteguy2400 Thanks!

  • @NIck0sk8er te recomiendo escuchar la "campanella" composicion de lizt que se baso en la ultima frase de paganini :)

  • I think here was all this and then "whooshik!~" there was Paganini

    (ninininininininiininniininininininininininininininininiini~~)

  • @NIck0sk8er Violin Concerto No.2 in B minor, ('La campanella')

  • @NIck0sk8er Violin Concerto No.2 in B minor, ('La campanella')

  • How long you've been playing something doesn't always necessarily have anything to do with how good you are some progress quickly, some take awhile to really master something, be it music, or anything else for that matter, some progress very quickly and just refine over time. And someone could have been playing something for years and years and not be anything remarkable.

  • eh not bad, not bad, how long has this guy been playing?

  • What is Alexander Markov playing?

  • @Corporatemilk paganini's caprice no. 24

  • Satan is the master of all stringed instruments

  • RIP paganini

  • Absolutna PERFEKCJA!!!

  • i feel a great desire to learn how to play a violin o.o

  • @churroman333 do it

  • What's the song called at 0:30??? I will buy it on iTunes.

  • @Leo90 Paganini La campanella

  • BULLSHIT - Paganapper played with his pecker, Les Paul was the real violin picker!

  • 0:08 sec OMG... That's so hard to play and his sounds are very clear... Amazing BIG RESPECT

  • @polishgirl888 - It's from his 24th Caprice, right? Very beautiful musical piece

  • Omg 1782-1842.

  • del 1:24 - 1:25 suena inarmonico :/

  • Wait How Was He Satanic?

  • @MultiRandomgurl some people assumed the only way man could play such music was if he made a pact with the devil etc....

  • @MultiRandomgurl At the time, when he lived, he was so skilled that people who saw his performances were so beyond amazed, they though he was a messenger of Lucifer, literally.

  • Soy yo o me suena horrible lo último que toca el violinista moreno.

Parecen los chirridos de algo metálico.

  • MERCI !!!!

  • I got the Liszt arrangement of Paganini's La Campanella for Piano, it's the hardest piece of music I've ever seen in my life!

  • HOLY CRAP. HOW COULD YOU POSSIBY PLAY ARCO AND PIZZ. AT THE SAME TIME OMG. TALENT.

  • Paganini's hands look kinda big

  • @kiop9000 They where. One reason why nobody has surpassed him ever since was that his hands where kind of deformed which turned out to be a advantage when playing the violin. He was also very long and thin, which made some people of his time think he was possessed by satan.

  • OMFG!!!!!!!!!!

  • I present to you, the first metal song ever.

  • geill

  • OMG!!!!!! that´s the best performance that i´ve seen of paganini!

  • LOL...PAGANINI the best...!Greetings from Greece.

  • LOL!!! I should just shoot myself....this guy is insane when it comes to handling the violin!! I've spent 5 years learning!!

  • wtffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff

  • Sergey Khachatryan is way better ;)

  • Was it just me or was the thing in the end where R. Ricci did the picking with the left hand insane.? Lol

  • I'm a brass player but I think it will be easier for me to fall in love with strings.

  • Happy birthday :'D

  • what's the name of the song at 0:30 sec ?

  • Comment removed

  • @littlebullet67 It's not the 3rd Movement, it's the Kreisler arrangment thereof.

  • @Fydlestyx It is the 3rd movement!!

  • @littlebullet67 No, it's the Kreisler arrangement. You can tell by what the orchestra does at the end of the solo. The first page is the same as the original, but then there's a nineteen bar rest while the orchestra plays a different theme. In the original concerto, the soloist goes on to the development section pretty much right away.

  • 13 people missed the like button

  • Paganini is flippin' GENIUS!!!!! Hail satan! hahaha I'm jk.

  • no cabe duda que alexander Markov es la rencarnación de Niccolo paganini no hay nadie mejor q el para interpretar su obra.

  • 13 retards who dislike this masterpiece

  • @BlonduRealMadrid

I would usually express opposition toward a comment of this nature. But considering the brilliance of Paganini, I must, instead, support your statement.

    Indeed, they must be retards.

  • super maestro

  • I'm sooo glad that clasical music has no fucking copyright :) otherwise we had to pay to hear or play this.

  • @leaveblank OmFkinGoD is sooo true ....

  • Brilliant!

  • As you say, diabolic. This guy made a pact with the Devil, that's why he could play so fast

  • OLO...MASTER...

  • How a diabolic way to play the violin

  • @pacus2006 Diabolic and yet heavenly, this is great...

  • Impresionante, genio, misterioso, fantastico eso fué Paganini otro de mis idolos see...!!!

  • what amazing way of making music with the violin I wish I were half good as they are/were

  • lol, he's doing hammer-on's and pull-off's on a violin

  • @XavSch : Lol, those are called slurs on a violin......

  • look at those finger moving wow...If I did that the sound would comes out horribly wrong..

  • this guy is not playing !!!!! is he? in the beginning

  • @iamachickenwing the guy is playing... he uses the left-hand pizzicato technique by paganini

  • meraviglioso!!!

  • The inventer of shredding. I THANK YOU!

  • @Jonsk12394 YES. SO NOW WE HAVE LONG HAIRED FAGS WITH NO ORIGINALITY.

    Unlike Paganini.

Don't burden him with that, please.

(btw, this is someone else's account, so I don't really like slayer, because that would probably be your comeback)

  • @slayerrules114 - You most find the proper musicians m8 :P Not the shitty shredders that just play random shit. Jason Becker, Paul Gilbert, Marty Friedman etc... Maybe Yngwie Malmsteen aswell, but alot of his stuff sound very much alike

  • @slayerrules114 - Those 4 are good musical shredders is what i ment by that :P Not that they are shit

  • heyyy gato ............................

  • Paganini is the best musician ever.

  • @purbanegoro As seen from your other comments on other pages here on "youtube" too much of what guides much of your, at best, stunted life is your hatred of Jews.

That said, Heifetz and Milstein are best.

  • @SatchmoSings

Do you have injury acquired deafness or...?

  • @purbanegoro Your problem does not come from deafness, but it does come from a typical Muslim hatred of Jews.

Also, you seem to have that affliction that affects primarily Muslims who are Arabs; you too have a severe case of public self-ass rape.

  • ......i havent heard or seen many violin playerss but he is phenomenal! If such a word covers it! :O

  • is it just the camera angle and they way he holds the bow at 0:55 or is his bow really shaped like that? o.O

  • Comment removed

  • @sirshungo

because he was a very boned guy wearing a old black suit and he is said to be very bad looking.

He also had an illness with his fingers so they were unnormal long. All in all he looked "special" and they said satanic and demonic...and of course because no one else was able to play like him^^

  • thanks! :)

  • Rondo a la clochette La Campanella

  • Concerto No.2,Campanella , Ivry Gitlis,Paris 1966 it was and I double checked it was in the description. I really love Paganini as well. Hope this helps.

  • i love gitlis

  • Even though I play the guitar, Paganini is one of my biggest inspirations and influences

  • I want to learn violin now.

  • hooray paganini

    his pieces r insane

  • honor a aquien honor merece

  • is it me or is his bow really warped

  • A properly set bow should have a curve. If the stick is parallel to the hair, then you have turned the screw too tight.

  • hahah ik that silly. i meant to the side. the bow doesnt look like its in a straight lineeee

  • thats the fish-eye camera

  • Paganini & Kogan has two things in common : Talent & a powerful fingers, it's easy to check on U2 video, none others has that. Too bad we can't hear Paganini's music, but I am willing to bet they have the same style.

  • don't know why, i can enjoy Paganini only, when I'm on a lot of coffee...

  • because he plays so fast!

  • Another aspect of Paganini's violin techniques concerned his flexibility. He had exceptionally long fingers and was capable of playing three octaves across four strings in a hand span, a feat that is still considered impossible by today's standards.
