As has been said allready, in top lvl play every character is hard to play, alltough character strenghts (tier pssotion) comes more into play there like lars being all around too good etc.

that being said, if you want to look at low lvl play, there is no doubt lili is very easy to learn as the designers themselves said she is a beginner char. Her having a wall throw that just requires a regular grab input says all that needs to be said. But remember that is low lvl .

Well to be honest there really isnt a good character its the player whos good so a pacific character cant be cheap its the player like when i play in lag sometimes cheap people use baek kazuya lei and hworang because its really hard to block all there attacks in lag
