is the nyx eyeliner waterproof? which eyeliner do you think is better , the physicians formula or this one?

@xxtifffiexx it doesn't say that it's waterproof, but it stays on well for me. i have hooded lids, so some liners smudge, but this one doesn't. i still like the PF one though, since it's an eye booster as well, so it helps my lashes grow :D
