That dog is eerily like the one I had between the ages of 8 and 22, to the extent of "the look" that it would give you over one shoulder.

You're blessed to have a wee westie in your life at any point. Honestly blessed.

You cant keep this dog inside. I hate people who are cruel to dogs. This dog needs to be outside raking about hunting small prey. Let them do what they want to do. I have a 2 yr old dog who luvs chasing rabbits and rats etc down at the river bank or thru fields.....Westies r not fat little dogs who r owned by pensioners....they r hardy terriers who will walk or prey till the death... 5 hrs up a mountain.....3 down and my boy was right beside me....

Nice video but as an owner of 4 Westies ( 2 x Boys/Girls) I did feel sad.

Your lovely Westie would have loved to be out where it was all going on=outside and being in a flat is inhibiting, I have to say.

My 4 love being out in the garden most of the time.

That goes for me, too. However, there are happy thing for them a lot, too. For instance, the living room and another room are their parks. None of they that puts there by furniture and the sofa, etc. and is are angry even if it bites or it breaks it. It is possible to sleep with the loved owner when they sleep. It dives in a soft duvet.

so beautiful, had me laughing out loud - westies do a lot of thinking, very smart dogs! I love the way they put their head on the side when they're listening. My westie frankie used to do the same, he lived 17 1/2 years until aug 9 2009. I'm getting another westie pup in honour of him.

Your Frankie is great. What lived for 17 years must be because your love was deep. My first westie has been dead at 9 years old. we got her who a video afterwards. She has two children now.

I also experienced sad separation with westie two years ago. She of the movie came to the house just after that. We were fairly cured by her. How about making the preparations to which you also invite second mac? I think that the thing is also for you and is for dead mac.

Heather, we have a Westie and he's the sweetest, most good-natured dog you would ever come across. I've had a few different breeds over the years and I'd recommend a Westie to anyone. He has a tendency to chase squirrels etc. (being a terrier) and 'goes deaf' when he's off the lead and doesn't want to come back in, but that's probably our fault anyway!

westie is a very friendly dog species. And it will be to come to feel that you are pretty in their gesture and thought. However, I dont understand whether the terrier can live with a cat because it is a hunting dog.

Hi, my westie Jackson lived to the fab age of 12. we have just put him to sleep due to addisons syndrome and really bad atopic dermatitis. despite this, I would highly recommend the breed to anyone. they have the best temperament, he loved kids (despite experts saying terriers and children dont mix) and he has lived with two burmese cats and a parrot and got on famously with them both. the cats were def the boss though and boxed his ears when he got out of line. good luck!! here's to jackie x
