I have caught lots of mackerel off the rocks of White Beach north coast of Anglesey. Mackrel are shoaling fish that feed on white bait.. they herd them into shallow water this is your opportunity. If you see dolphins close in it means mackerel are around. I dont bother with fancy spinners I use cheap tri spinners on 6-8 ft tracers 4- 6 lures, if short of money your own out of small hooks and white seagull feathers they work fine . They feed in a frenzy en mass boiling the water you will know

feathers, we literally didn't need to cast more than 10 feet and we got some! they were everywher!
