Forgetting that, then, I see that this must be an excerpt from the series, Slings and Arrows. It must be some superb work -- this is the first time I've seen any part of it, nor heard of it. I can honestly say I have no idea why this clip turned up on my "recommended for you" list. It's not a walkthru for a classic PC game, it's not a Chinese music video, it has no discernible connection to any of my own uploads, there's not even a reference to how you can make money marketing your inventions.
