It was a skit done on Saturday Night Live.  Andy Samberg was impersonating Mark. What was funny is when he went on the Jimmy Kimmel Show, he was going to be on Saturday Night Live. Mark talked smack about Andy Samberg, but he eventually endorsed the catch phrase, "Say hi to your mother for me!" Andy Samberg sounded like Mark with that catch phrase.
