lol I am so not accurate when doing these things. To be honest I just use the fist cup or mug that I see in my kitchen cabinet. It will be fine so long as you use the same cup for each ingredient.

Hey, I see you did make a video for the recipes. Cool! I misquoated the name of the organic castille soap though. It is Dr. Bronner's not Bronner brothers. I'm sorry, I was living in Atlanta at the time and saw Bronner brothers stuff all the time so that name was embedded in my brain. I just got some avocado and sweet almond oil to to mix to help moisturize. I'm still experimenting, but my hair feels better with homemade products.
