@DunceCapVideooz No. FTMs will usually get top surgery: removal of the breasts and construction of a more 'male' chest. Also usually get injections of testosterone which creates a masculine appearance. It also basically makes a small penis; there's surgery to 'build' a larger one; most dont get it.

Even transmen that do none of these are still men. As a FTM; please try to word your questions respectfully in the future. Even if youre a troll, at least now you're an educated one.

As a side note, most would consider "gender" to be more of a mental thing (wired into your brain, and not able to change); hormones and surgery change "sex", which is the set of physical characteristics that determine whether you'll be assigned "male" or "female" at birth. :)
