I said in the very beginning of my post that they were crossing his yard which would been a clue that I am on his side. The trespasser was ridiculous and he in no way deserves to be arrested.

Why is a peeping tom a victim? its her fault for looking in others windows, more likely her kid was the break in, make it squeeze through the cat/dog flaps. It is common to use kids in that way to gain house entry and rob the house, the bitch just got caught and turned the tables to pretend she was the 'victim'.

I also heard that because the 7 year old son was there, he could end up registered as a sex offender, which in turn would cause him to lose custody of his 5 year old daughter. But I only heard that from a local radio show, but nowhere else, so I don't know how accurate that is. I wouldn't be surprised, though.

I agree. I remember at my old job and the condo was across the street and these people would have sex and walk around the house naked it their shades opened and we never called the cops on them. My boss had a talk with them and problem solved. The lady and her daughter were noisy as hell and anybody should have the right to be naked in their own home.
