Ok so i know russel is like 3k years old and godric is 2k years old, but eric is like 1k years old, so a showdown with eric and godric taking on russel would have been epic :)

@Johnkarnias they say at one point in the show the Russell is over 3000 years old and Godric is only 2000 years old, so if you go by the age is power thing than sadly Russell would be more powerful by over 1000 years

@littlemissfrodo I know right? The accent is so distinct, I could tell he was Danish within two seconds... It's strange to hear him talk next to Skarsgaard who's barely got any trace of a scandinavian accent.
@Sindizwe Yeah skarsgård is really good at english but you can still hear it if you speak swedish yourself i think or english of course. I really like Godric's accent though, even though he kinda sucks at swedish xD
Thank you so much for this!! I love True Blood and this season is turning out to be fantastic with the addition of Godric. Casting Allan Hyde to play Godric was a brilliant move. He plays the part of the 2000 year old Vamp flawlessly by creating the wisdom this character deserves.This talented, gifted actor has a promising career ahead of him.

Allan Hyde is brilliant and I hate that Godric dies. His accent is awesome as well. You can hear so clearly that he's danish :)
