tell ya one thing, GT5 final release better be much better than this.

theres been alota racing games that have niffy new features, sure many of them are arcade racers, but GT looks to be too steril. Locked cameras are not the way to go. Flat 2d crowds in the stands, old tire noise. and terrible lack of anti-aliasing and motion blur. GT5 has to hit one big homerun to be successful after this long overdue.

Hey drippy, don't be so wet. This is basically one car (I know...), one track, just you against the clock in a COMPETITION. It's not a full game, it doesn't have as many cars and tracks as Forza, but what it does have is driving mechanics that blow FMIII out of the water. Just because you can't get anywhere close to the top times is no reason to get all fanboy about it... :o/

@nomessagesleft Are you playing with a controller, or with a wheel? Its pretty hard to control the car on simulation physics with the controler, since they are even more demanding than on GT5 Prologue. The full game will most like feature the "standard" physics setting, which is much more controllerfriendly.

Competition drifting, like D1GP, is done for style and show.

But in actuality, rally drivers drift around tight corners for faster cornering. This is also done in Japan in mountain runs.

But I understand you. You think we're trying to be cool, when in fact you feel cool to hate on something else that's cool :P
