It's not to late to learn Kung Fu. But make sure the class is Kung Fu, not Wushu. Wushu is a more floral Kung Fu, and is good if you start it as a kid, and its great for kids, but to start it as an adult is more difficult for the body, as it is more floral and has a lot of jumping and spinning. My Sifu did a whole lecture on making sure you learn what is "appropriate" for your age and body, this was a point he brought up.

its funny. If you know kung fu this probably looks really skilled but to the untrained eye (like mine) it looks like a bunch of guys waving their arms around. (apart from the block breaking, but I see that everywhere)
