  • great!

  • Thanks for the quick recipe!

  • i thank you..

  • I was perfectly willing to convert grams to whatever. But I don't understand gas 4 and gas 5. I was thinking maybe 275 degrees and 300 degrees then again 300 degrees and 325 degrees also sounds good. Or maybe the spread is larger. Oh well, the cake looks good.

  • I've also added some vanilla and a pinch of cinnamon. A tiny bit of milk. Great recipe.

  • hi! did you add liquid ino it? how much water or milk?

  • One certainly can if the bananas are not terribly ripe -- about a tablespoon, depending on the flour's absorbency

  • thank you

  • care free.well done.

  • thank you Nadia xx

  • Thank you for your very generous comments! Please do try it - I know you won't be disappointed!

  • Love your creative intro and ending! Great that you don't have to mash or sift, too-- actually sounds tastier that way. I've gotta try that!

  • Hi i made it and it is delicious ^_^, could you add nuts to this recipe like walnuts?

  • I really can't see why not, cept it might not be a banana cake recipe strictly - fruit and nut then I spose. Anyhoo, thanks for your comment, and I am very pleased it was good!!

  • Thanks! you make it look so easy, i am definately going to try! : )

  • you are very welcome - good luck!
