So now, not only do you have a paper cup in the water, you have 2 lives that need saving, airplane debris to be collected, and aircraft fuel and oil that has to be cleaned up, costing the Coast Guard and the taxpayer a lot more than $75.00. Good message (insert sarcasm here).
