This song is so true~! I do a lot of traveling to many countries and my favorite of them all is Germany. They are indeed extremely nice people and to a traveling foreigner like me they're a godsend. The line about animals is true as well. I saw dogs all over the place that you wouldn't see in the United States and the standards on breeding are lots higher. I was so taken with the dogs there I actually got a German Shepherd puppy and brought him home with me. He's a perfect dog! I love Germany!!!

Hi, I'm an American and was introduced to Die Prinzen by a friend, and I like them so far. I love to learn other langues and have become interested in finding music in other languages. Currently, I am learning French, Italian, German, and Cantonese (and a little Spanish because I live in Southern California). So, I was wondering if somebody could show me some music by showing me music in these languages. But, I don't really care what language the songs are in, I'll take any. Thank you.

@ita1iani55im0 For French I would suggest Zazie. My fav song by her is "Je Suis Un Homme". For German I would suggest Oomph! If you are interested in music without words Hans Zimmerman is a wonderful German Composer. For Spanish Shakira is my fav. I think it's very cool you like languages so much! I love studying languages myself! I know some French and Japanese but I really want to learn German now. Then there's a Ukrainian singer Verka Serduchka who's just got crazy fun music. In my school we have a pretty clear distinction between Nazis and Germans, it's always "Nazi Germany" rather than "Germany" and the distinction is obvously there soI don't think we're 'brainwashed' to hate Germany.

One of the reasons why people keep hating is that they are taught to do so in history class. In my opinion it is modern brainwashing. There is nothing wrong with knowing history as long as you know: it is written by people who sometimes try to tell you a 'nation' is bad. It takes some enlightenment to realize that people are people regardless where they live or what their nation's history is. Hating people because of history is a testament of your ignorance. I am a German born Hungarian :-)
